The SE K300 is a K500 there are no differences in the specs. The K500 is a little bit bigger.

I own this phone and it's very good, really. I'm completely satisfied with it and has never let me down. For those of you asking the features:
Yes, it records video!
Yes, it's able to reproduce mp3, but be careful as it's very limited 12mb won't let you carry to much. So, never think in buying this to replace it for a separate mp3 player. If you're looking for fully music capabilities in a mobile, get K750 or W800.
Back to the k300, the mp3 and every file you want can be sent to the phone via infrared port, or through the usb cable (sold separately).
Over all, for it's price, i think this is a really great phone, but for the hardcore fans of mobiles maybe this will stay a little short for them. For the average user, this phone ROCKS!

Pleasantly surprised by this phone, although for design I'm not keen on the navi key, I prefer separate buttons for browsing menus. Pretty good functionality, connected to the computer effortlessly and plays mp3's I have sent to it. I am pleased with the 10meg internal memory for being a "budget" phone. The camera is pretty decent, but if I want good pics I'll use the digital camera for that. My previous model was a V220 motorola which went bad after a few days, so I exchanged for this handset.... I'm a happy guy now!

I just bought this phone a few days back and I absolutely love it. The camera's absolutely great for both still & video. The menu's are clean and crisp and the icons are really nice. I just have one complaint(problem?) with the k300. The infra-red doesnt seem to be working or I must be doing something wrong. Can someone help me out? Apart from this I love the phone!

I had a samsung E700 before and it made me hate that phone. Before samsung I had a nokia and I paid too much to have it. This is the first time I bought sony-ericsson and I think it is the best. Post modern design, low profile, good and easy menu, super price. Nokia is very expensive and its latest models are big and ugly.Keep on SE!

I think that k300i is the best for its price.Of course, you can spend 300$ or more for a better camera or bigger memory, but...is this gonna make you a better person? I love my k300i, 'cause it is a honest phone.
