can somebody tell me how bad the display really is? is it even worse than 4k 128x128 nokia screens?
i think a non-TFT(STN) display will lead to better battery life.

in the era of 3gsm and edge and new conectivity features , abscence of gprs class 10 and bluetooth makes it a bad choice.

well, the advantage is the good price for what it offers but it has not bluetooth(the main disadvantage). In my opinion Sony Ericsson should have released this model at the same time with K700 instead of K500 and not at the same time with K750 or W800 coz its quality is underestimated in this generation of phones!

Does this phone have bluetooth? I can see it says "Quickshare" on the picture which usually means it does but doesnt say in the specs. A simple Yes or No will do

Well First Of All, Out Of All The Brands I Just Really Like Sony Ericsson, Sony's Digital Camera's are by far the best and walkmen in music, and Ericsson's Battery Times Really Rules, when compared to others... But i have a bad feeling about k300, cause the low priced cellphones, really dont' have that much to offer at times, need feedback about this cellphone how it is in real life???
take care

Surely cheap in Italy costs only 89 Euros...
Nokia 3220 99 Euro, but comapring the two phones K300 wins the match from every point of you also with phones of 200 Euros or more.

Just ditched my nokia 6020 for this model and satisfaction is truly guaranteed. Less on the pic quality though but more on functionality. TFT still rules at this point! But considerations such as unlimited video (dependent on 12MB mem'ry), an mp3 player and quickshare makes this fone soooo amusing! The design is the usual Sony classic look, yet still very elegant, especially the silver and grey combo. My old Nokia 6020 was just good for coffee at Starbucks, nothing more. The K300i is definitely the better choice!

Sound Great.
K300i is so cheap.
however, Does anyone know Can K300 run some Java Programmes or Games which can run on K500/K700i?
