I had k750, nokia 6233,e50, now using k550, I think k550 is best in them.
This is only mobile which never hang .....

k550 can store maximum 1000 sms, for java ,phone and card memory available.

Hi... i want to buy a k550i phone...so i need to know the actual latest price of that....and one more thing,what kind of ear-phone they will provide with that?? is it wireless earphone?? can u plz tell me bout these informations???

When I select photos that I took using this phone the screen seems to be scattered a bit. This stays about 1 or 2 seconds and turns back normal. Is this a common problem of this model ? is any one knows the reason behind this ? is it because the phone is slow or is it because of low resolution.

If u want to put more songs in less memory, convert songs to mp4 format (mp4aac codec) using Xillisoft converter at low bit rate ,32kbps ,sample rate 22000hz ,not much loss in quality but size reduces to half of origanal size.

Nice fone only if ur on a budget. Jack of all trades but master of none. Support of WMA format doubles music capacity. Has a gud camera thats completly useless in low lighting. Battery cover creaks when typing. Loudspeaker aint loud enough. Music playback is superb, but use HPM-70 for better performance. FM Radio is awesome. User-interface is fast and works well. Net browser is gud enough 4 most. Gud battery life. A2DP works well, but reduces battery life. Buy only if u r on a budget. Else go 4 K770i.

k550 can play video in 3gp,mp4 full screen ,video player is best like smart movie player , many option like full screen,auto fit, u can also zoom video, fast forward etc

i really don't like this phone for these reasons :
1. The keys are really hard to press, because they are so small! i find it so hard to write txts!
2. The camera is rubbish! All the photos are really fuzzy!
3. You can't delete all the rubbish songs that come with the phone, so they take up soo much memory!
4. There is hardly and memory! I can store about 10 songs on there, and on my other phone, i could store 60
5. There is no visible slot for a memory card, and if there is, where is it?
I got this phone for my b-day, in January, and i hate it! I have to put up with it for a long time now, until next year, which i am dreading!
If you ask me, DONT BUY THIS PHONE!! uness you want to ofcourse :)

Bad things about k550 -
Its external speaker volume is normally low ( if u use loud and good quality ringtone then it sounds sufficient loud also It can be increased by changing sound driver )
camera performance is not good in low light
keypad initially not easy to operate but after no problem as u practice
good things -
Auto focus ,flash, many camera modes
sound quality
operating system very stable and fast
nice video player
nevigation key or joystic easy to use
slim and good looking

Hey, i am thinking of buying this phone. My main interest in a phone is the music along with A2DP. I would get the w610 but the navigation keys are not well designed. My first question is: is the music loud enough when using the ear buds (i dont care for mega bass)? compared to the w810 for example. Because in the k790 the music was not loud enough at all. My second question is: is the camera quality the same as the w810? My last question is how is the quality of the sound when you put a person on speaker phone. Because with the w810 you are not able to make out what the person is saying if they were put on speaker phone. Thanks in advance.

This is a best phone, nice camera, nice sound, nice video player,slim, very fast operating system and mainly never hangs like nokia s40 and s60 hangs.....also u can make it walkman cybershot by installing w610 firmware.
