Well...I don't know nothing what is meant by Cybershot.But I like to advise you not to buy this phone.Try K750i or W810i.
W810i is like an exact copy of the K750i. The only difference is that W810i comes with Walkman software.

the keys aren't hard to press,you don't have to use your nails otherwise you will break they keys,cuz however you have to becareful with a phone no matter what kind of phone it is.This one is so fantastic, no problems with keypads,like the s500 does and the w580 too.......but the k550 is so fantastic

i have this phone since July 2007 and it works great. this slim style phone got almost everything, nice sound quality, FM radio, Cyber-shot camera with flash which is a huge plus. memory slot M2 so u can keep ur files,music easily.

the 4 and 6 keys only stick if youre accidently holding down the camera shutter button, which can done accidently very easily

I've had this phone since July 07 and it's been fantastic.
Trouble free,reliable,great battery life,excellent camera and sound quality.
It was a choice between the Nok 6300 and i'm glad I made the right choice.

Hey guys , actually i'm planning to buy this phone ... the thing is there are many people complaining about keys 4 and 6 sticking. They become unresponsive at times. Anybody facing this problem?
