Sid ster you are wrong in saying that that cameras of both phones are the same,don't get misleaded into thinking that they are the same just because they have the same cam drivers.The k550 uses a 2mp CMOS cam which uses less energy and processor power from the phone but the uniformity of the picture is less than a CCD cam.

Hey Guys... I bought this phone some 7 months back and believe me i'm still loving the phone the same amount as on the first day... It is perhaps the best thing with darn so many features packed in a slim and sexy thing which is also among some of the lightest phones..! The camera, the speakers, the display everything is simply stupendous..!!
Now some modifications::: I've flashed my phone with w610 main.. that makes my phone a cybershot walkman.. and yeah all those ppl calling w610i cam betta than k550i are wrong.. both the phones have exactly the same camera drivers.. Infact both the phones are dot to dot same barring the cybershot and the walkman labels... I've also changed the acoustics of the phone with that of w880.. So now i've Megabass which is a charm in itself..!! Now my phone is a Master in everyfield.. Now that's wat u call a CYBERSHOT-WALKMAN...!!

Ok i am willing to buy this phone... i had the opportunity to test it in the store ... and i think its awesome... The Display is very rich... and the sound is great... I think i will buy it :)

this is a pretty nice phone but i say the only two faults i could find, were that the keys were sort of difficult to text quickly and the phone uses M2 stick memory instead of microSD. makes me spend a bit more on memory but thats worth it for the phone.

The k550 and w610 both has it cons and pros,never heard the w610 play music at its loudest before but the k550 sounds great at loud volume but if u come it to another sony at half volume it would sound lower than other sonys because the phone is built to output music at a stereo quality to try an give somethin like surround sound,so in conclusion d w610 may sound louder but k550 produces a better sound quality

The screen resolution is great compared to typical sony ericssons and on whether what phone you should choose lets see,if you are into pictures take the w610 becasue that has a better camera but the k550 has ALOT more functions than the w610 though.Feel free to post any more comments

Is k550 better than w610 in features,if so than i will buy this one instantly,and one thing more how good its screens shows color as compare to other SE mobiles,i mean how good it screen resolution is,

This Phone is one of the best phone i have ever come across in my life it is extremely potentially good and all features work good just press the volume pad to silent it everything in this phone is very cool easy to read easy to understand, and easy to use it has lot features still browse through and you will know, more download all application on www.waptrick.com

Great phone.Camera is just ok in low light but in high light(sunlight etc) camera works excellent.Good look,good functions,nice sound.Really a enjoyeable phone.
