wasnt impressed with the camera its no cyber shot works just like any other 2mp cam phone other than that its a great little phone. a like the back locks

Superb! but one thing which made me uncomfortable for reading the SMS; the font size, pattern and background of SMS are poor.

I got this phone just yesterday and it has been performing great in just about as many areas as you can think about,the focal length of the camara is sort of short so you have to be close to the object if you want a truly 2mp pic,I got this phone for $1500TT(Trinidad and Tobago) which is about $260US,the only thing is that I wish you could change the memory card from the outside instead of having to open the battery cover all the time.

Got the phone for christmas well today . Its so GOOD!
But does anyone know if its possible to get passwords on Messages or Phots Etcc.

original walkman themes for your k550i, just email me ok.
i will give 2 themes to you for FREE.
It's a flash-based theme, so it will look more extraordinary
than SE default theme. BUT... notice that i, myself,
am not a k550i user. So, this themes i never tried
myself before. And please, be kindly enough to post
your opinion about these themes here in this opinion area.

Wow...This is my first Sony Ericsson phone...and I love it....my last one was a Motorola E398 and I loved it..love this one more....great screen display..though I cannot read a thing in the sunlight....Opera Mini works great...Gmail app works great...

hi all K550i users!, wishing u all a very Merry Christmas 2007! I'm an extreme Nokia E61 user, and I'm gonna get this phone as my additional secondary mobile sooner than later. I think K550i rocks! Go get it, it's worth ur money when u buy it. SE rocks.

I don't understand why such a cellular phone like the Sony Ericsson k550i with so many features & functions specially it's camera in such a low price. I'm from the Philippines and it costs around P7-9k depending on the accessories included. This phone could go around P10-12k price range with it's capabilities & functions. Thank you so much for a wonderful celfones of Sony Ericsson.

i have a k700i for 2 years and it was the best phone but now i have to move to something else and the k550 is the best phone ever made !!!!! sony ericcson is the best phone maker!!!!;)

how can i find out what kind of software it is in the phone?k550i
in my old nokia it was *#0000# what is it whith k550i? had it just for 2 weeks and working great with 4 gb memmorycard but good too know what to look for in case=)

I`ve had k550i for about 2 weeks now and i`m satisfied so far=) not soo good cam cause i went from a nokia n73 (because i was so tired of all the waiting time;slow phone!)
in k550i i have a 4gb memmory card full of music and pics,videos and its working great=) no slow at all=) anyone knows about any uppgrades on cam drivers or software uppgrrades?? mail me!!! sakgadget@hotmail.com

I buoght this phone be4 1 week , and its a very very nice phone like ( size - look ) , but i have a problem is u can find a games for it .
but anything else is very good

Have this phone for more than 2 mos now. Camera is great on outdoors especially if its within 10feet. It has nice battery life for me, i only text and occasionally listens to mp3. Lasts 3 days for me. Im from cebu philippines by the way. I bought it for 8800pesos, now the latest price is only 7200 in sm cebu.
nice design, slim and light, changable faceplate. has FM. I really like it. THe sound, message tone is very crisp. I like it.
Yeah im having the same problem that volume of ringer somehow doesnt make a difference even when you set it up on diff profiles. Overall nice phone, cheap and has all the features i need.. case to case basis though

i have problems with the speaker on this phone.
when i set the ringtone volume to 1, it is the same volume as 8. the ring cant be heard in public or anywhere that is fairly noisy. has anybody also had problems like this?

I bought this phone a month ago, and all i can say is PERFECT, Battery life is great, with 2 hours talking one hour in a day listening music and taking some pictures .. battery lives 4 day .. Incredible .. i love this phone, Pictures are great in outside conditions but @ home ... if you are close to the camera you will look good but ... if you are 2 steps behind that ... bad .. but .. Excellent phone i will bought one more if something is wrong with this ..
P.S. I`m nokia Fan
