for those curious on normal photo zooming, go to Photo size (there's 2mp,1mp,vga) only vga can zoom till 2.2 its a nice addition already. the vga foto by k550i is quite clear.. good phone~ using it to play lots of games too =D

hey guys .... there's lots to play with SE firmware... u can turn ur k550i into a walkman w60i ... install cool camera drivers so that u can record video like handicam and feel the power of cybershot and do many more ... just visit "http://www.coporton.com/forums" and request ur problems or any kind of questions u have... u'll have a 100% solution ....
just do it ... and see the difference :)

yep man u are correct i also wanted to say the same thing, when u use the 1 key for zoom options it either goes to panorama mode or vga mode.

The zooming you are describing is only available under the panorama mode, i .e. taking one long picture by combining three diffrent shots.
In 2 megapixel mode, no zooming is possible.

what can you say about the screen resolution of this phone?
i have a k600i and i love the screen resolution of my phone. it's like the screen of k750i.
i don't like the resolution of my friend's k510i. is k550im same with k510i's screen?

how is the video recording quality on this phone? and can u use the full zooming options in the 2mp camera mode?

well you can also play videos with the format *.mp4. the are generally captured with nokia devices.

Hi Amit
firstly insert the software CD and wait SE user guide to come up on the screen
and then click any Language which is comfortable to you. e.g English U.K ,English U.S, Spanish.
and then click the top right side(install) option. and follow the instruction. or click next, next next untill it finished. After installation connect USB cable from ur PC to ur fone.

Bro can u plz tell me step by step process...whenever i connect my cell to pc in file transfer mode it doesn't shows Music folder in F:(phone memory)nd Pictures and Music G: (memory card) but when i connect my phone on phone mode with pc it shows all folders.

you dont need to worry bout that is easy as drinking water cos ur phone is not more connected to ur PC so insert the software and install once again.

The videos which saved in the other folder cannot be played cos that video types function is not available on dis fone.
you can play videos only AMR,ACC.

Open the focus select setting and go to picture size select 2mpxl
Press 0 for help and press 1 for option
and now press 6 to zoom out and 3 to zoom in.

Hi all..dis SEk550i is reaaly a gud phone but m facing 1 problem while tranfering sum data to pc i lost icons of memory card any body can tell how to format phone or, memory card only...any1 suggest any website or, antivirus for this phone
