w610 drop frum $200 > $195
k530 drop frum $170 > $160 (makin' it hed2hed w/ k550)
and gess wat?
w880 n k630 drop frm $250 > $215 (ma fren hv jus boht it 2wiks ago n now he cries man!)
gotta say d new w880 n k630 price very temptin'
k550 still on d same price ($160) since feb'08. seem dis our luvly fon perfrom vry well so dat soney reluctant 2 drop d price.

depends on your budget and your preferance. if you have more budget and want to have a walkman design. go ahead with w610 since it got 512mb m2 also.
if you have lower budget, or want to have the only walkman-cybershot in the world. go ahead with k550i. you can flash k550i with w610i firmware if you want

Wat??? d design is d sexiest. Dere is not even 1 fon in dis price range dat got beta design(not even 6300,i compared both of em side by side.)

Great Phone even il admit that i love it.
and Keypad and D-Pad are Comfortable to use.

it is dpad and one of the best dpad design. joystick last used on k790, k800, and k810i

while it is excellent in term of post-modern design.

keypad comfortability is subjective. n82 uses thin keypad too. it is really the todays post-modern design of "form-follow-fun" than old modern "form-follow-function".
my m2 is 512mb sandisk. never give me problem... well once not detected but when i reinsert it again, its done.

A Nice phone. but keypad is uncomfortable. It's not user friendly. also the middle button is giving troubles.

Since, i stdied da market b4 buyin an M2 card...
i got 2 knw tat
SONY M2 = 1 year warranty
SANDISK M2 = 5 years warranty
SONY M2 (1GB) = Rs.1,100
SANDISK M2 (1GB) = Rs. 780 !!!
In any case Sandisk is better n i got a 1 GB sandisk M2 card... Its workin excellent...
I recommend u SANDISK !!!

unfortunately, it does not play mpeg files, except mpeg4

yes you can set the focus to infinite. it wont change in the next time u take pic unless u change it.
however u can set focus quicker by pressing 4 at cybershot screen mode.
the other trick is to press the dpad center button rather than the usual camera button. it will autofocusing and taking pic automatically afterward.
