Its great, d only prob is the memory, I experience a problem like one guy posted, when I drained it(totally drained) d battery after a playing games, I charged it but it wudnt turn on, I had it fixed & the tech guy said d batt is dead, I witnessed everything(".) what is the best practice in keeping batt life for this phone? drain it or not to drain it?(".)

I bought ma tha k600i n at firts i wus very pleased with it but afta 3 months i went to charge it n it wudint turn back on .I sent it to get fixed appraentley this happned because of loss of memory.Tha same thing happned only three weeks after geting it repaired. Im now looking for anotha fone n I waont be geting a Sony Ericsson again im pissed of

The sound quality of my Sony Ericsson K600 is very low and I always have to tune my volume to 7 or 8. Thanks.

its much better to go at the sonyericsson global site choose your country. 211 i think is from philippines correct me if im wrong, then press "support" then "phone setup" and from the "model" choose k600i there you can find what your looking for, catergory are WAP,EMAIL and MMS setup just follow the instruction.

how can i get the settings of smartmms using this k600, coz everytime i send the configuration procedure which is SET SEK600 to 211 it has no response.

can we use a 512mb mini flashdisk USB with this mobile?

yesterday I put my k600i down on the table (keys touch table), more late I receive a call, but I have always put vibration mode. Result: when I receive a call telephone auto answer because joystick touch table and answer the call. BAD KEYBOARD... BAD MOVIL... I very unhappy with it.

Its a really kool phone 2 hang wid though it has some disadvantage like low memory, no voice record during da call.
It has good sound and picture quality is great.

Good phone.
I have alwais been a fan of alcatel but thei don't have any 3G phones, so, after mutch consideration, i boutht this one and i'm happy with it.
It's original PcSuite is too slow, using cable or IR, so i bought Mobtime Cell Phone Manager 2006 and it's very fast now.
The radio sound is amasing and the menus are intuitive and easy to memorise.

i have problem with my k600i...i only use it for 3 days the problem is went i turn it off and change the sim card then i turn on the phone back...notthing happen my phone can`t on!!!
then i have send it to phoneshop S.E i have to wait from 3 july untill now..and the S.E retailler dosen`t info me about my phone went i can collect back my phone.

I'm sorry for you, You cannot change this sound. I try (and talk to sony-ericsson) to play midi files with media player and they say It's not posible. You can select midi files (very short files) to alarms but when time arrived melody doesn´t play. BAD PHONE

reasonable phone, in malaysia now costs about RM600+-, the best thing i like is the aluminium housing!...most of the current models are just plastic nowadays

Please help me.. k600i has its default sound when capturing photos, is there any option to make it in silent mode? and usb cable doesnt work with my windows2000 pc? help please

I have bought my k600i last march 2006 but it only lasted for only 3 months, got encountered charging problem. I need to replug in several times the charger to my phone.. How does comes a SONY ERICSSON phine lasted for that only short period! this is too worst!!

i like the idea of a not so expensive phone w/ so much greatness under its sleeve. 3G, video capture, lots of color, great screen... w/c are always characteristic of so expensive ones...
the only turn off for me is its short battery life...
but still the phone looks great & much much greater to use...

I use phone only to talk (not 3G services) and batery only lives 2 days. I have an Alcatel OT735 with camera and batery lives about !!!6 days!!!. I bougth K600 by telephone directy to mobil company and now I cannot change. Other thing in three times the k600i is power down alone (why?, I don´t know)
