I have bought a K600 about 2 months ago, for its 3G capabilities. However, despite the excellent 3G speed, as a "normal" phone I not very pleased as the battery lasts only 2 days! And this for a moderate talk time (about 1-2 hours a day) and without using the radio or camera.

K600i is the wrong phone I had. Keypad is so small that my finger don´t touch keys. Media player don´t reproduce midi files (but from explorer one by one yes :-O, I don´t understand why)). Batery empty so fast, and more, and more. Don´t buy it.

For me (music fanatic) the only thing this phone lacks is a memory card slot!

I only spent £60 brand new on this phone. And what a way to spend £60. For £60, this phone is quite simply outstanding!!!!! It has just about anything you can have on a phone, mp3 player, RADIO, Video capture, a fantastic camera, calendar, code memo, calculator, world time, just about everything. It can also video call as it is a 3G phone (although i cannot comment about the 3g side of it because i have not, and never will use the 3G bit on it). Ok, it doesnt have that much memory on it and it cannot be expanded, if you already have an MP3 player, and lets be honest, MP3'S take up far more memory than pics or videos do, you wouldnt need to use it as an MP3 player, and quite frankly 30MB is a huge amount of space if you mainly take pictures or videos and nothing else. My advise, do buy this phone, but if you really have to have all your mp3's on a phone, then look for a phone with removable memory cards etc.

Been using the phone since Nov 05. it has never froze, never hangs, never disconnects calls, never does anything to make me dislike it. :) I do wish it had more built in memory for more mp3 storage. Now i am just waiting for my mobile carrier to upgrade to a 3G network. One question tho! When on hands free, the ring does not come in the ear phone. How can i fix it so that if it rings, i can hear on my headphones.
                    Cheers

                          REGIL:

i believe it depends on how long your network allows the caller to stay on the line until the call is being answered.

in my case, the network gives 30seconds. after that, call will be disconnected and a voice prompt would say that the phone you're calling is unattended.

for example: if you have a 10second clip mp3 or anything shorter than the given time, it will be played on a loop up until your call will either be answered or disconnected.
