will some downloadable files (JAR) fit in the screen of k700i? coz i think JAR files usually has a full screen gaming for those nokia phones only with 176x208 pixels??

its the best mobile everybody can have but some people think its not good then let them buy the mobile and the talk. They dont know what their losing. Thank u

this is a good fone but is has no memory card.Sometimes wen u wanna send via infared it dosent work properly.But i always send via bluetooth i only have to do that wen an other fone hasnt got bluetooth.this fone is good other wise

I am quite disturbed with its error message prompt that comes with a loud beep tone when it come across a word not found in dictionary; yes even when it is set in the silent mode.

man either go for sagem or d500... k700 duznt support avi... only 3gp... i used it fer 5 months and sold it... it was a real disappointment

very good phone. lots of features & a great design. i like it a lot. it's a fast phone, the display is great, the sound is great.

actually the best & most worthy phone that one can ever find!
it is designed so so tastefully!!
and maybe the only (little) problem is that it's photo camera can not zoom on the objects.
but anyway...it is fantastic! :D

hey all i wanna buy this phone or the samsung d500 or nokia 7610 plz tell me which better because this phone has a limited storage but the other features are the best and if i can dowload programms like smart movie to this phone plz answer...

also nothing eats more power in this phone more than using the java engine to play games. If my phone battery life is 1/2 I can pull up to 3 hours of talk time out of it but if I am decied to play a game I am lucky if I can get a good hour out of it. Also the screen is naturely very very bright and the best quality that I have ever seen but the draw back is that is eat power... that is the price that you pay. Also, during a phone call the screen never goes off,it just gets dimmer, while other phone's sceeen usely goes completely off. So if you are on the phone for an hour+ you are still using power to keep the screen on.. (I normal talk on my phone 2-3hr a day and I use the mp3 and game functions daily) That maybe you I have to charge my phone daily

There are 2 reasons why the battery doesnt last, first of all the screen eats the battery so make sure u have the power save mode on and also if u have ur bluetooth enabled, this will also use uo the batery really quaickly.
Second, the multimedia features such as the MP3 player and radio will use up the battery much more quickly then on fones without these features

This phone is crap ! Service from Sonyericsson is even worst, I bought the phone last November and took it back to sony in December, phone had problems while charging, it was on and off alone plus, poor reception. Sony took it, and said to me they were going to fix it by upgrading the software and changing the charger circuit, well after ONE MONTH waiting for it, they gave me back my phone and it worked just for a day!
They said they were going to change it, so I got another phone in February!! They said it was new, BUT, it wasn´t it was a used one!
So I returned the phone back and last march I got another USED one!
sO AFTER speaking to the service manager he admited to me the phone K700i wasn´t good at all, that they were having several phones with "gremlins", but he was sorry he couldn´t give me a new one, because according to Sonyericsson in Mexic City, Sony repairs all the phones and then they sell them again! But they never tell you that those phones are remanufactered phones, and that policy is the same one in USA and in Mexico!
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM SONYERICSSON, they are not selling you NEW PHONES.
I´ll go back to Samsung or Nokia. My two cents!
If you want more details. I have all the iinfo. in my PC.
My mails to them, their answers, repair orders, etc.etc..

ID like 2 know if i can upgrade my phone memory????????????????i bought a k700 3 months ago. at first i loved the set. but now i find it to be a disappointment. the quickshare sticker at the bottom fell off, the online sticker at the side also fell off, the joystick is really giving a lot of problems. i would not recommend this set now that i have used it. it is extremely entertaining but not durable enough.

this fon is da best one.no doubts.buy it without thinking pplz.it has everything but a good memory(only 41 mb).i dont mind buying a same fon like this but only more storage . com on ericsson u can do it.yo yo.

I don't want to use my calendar for storing birthdays. I can't enter persons year of birth there and calendar reminds me only one year.

Bought this phone 7 months ago. Surely one of the best-valued phone out there. I can't stand the problematic 'contacts'. Very troublesome for someone who is too lazy to carry around their PDA like me. This phone hangs a lot too. Especially when it's paired with a bluetooth headset.
I'm looking for a replacement and eyeing very closely to the Samsung D600. I think this will be the only decent phone, that fits into your jeans pocket, that can outplay the K700i these days.
Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't settle for any other phone other than K700i for the time being.
