hi i am realy thinking about buying this phone , but im also thinking about buying a 6230 , im in a delema , can this phone revie virtualy anything through bluetooth mp3s mpeg 4 vids, please help me decide

i bought this fone on monday, this week, and i love it. ma pal has the nokia6230 and, in my opinion, i think that the k700i is better. so what if there is limited memory! the k700i has a bigger, better screen, better ringtones and you have themes as well. it also has a better radio than the 6230. the only problem i have with it is that you cannot send sounds etc. to motorola phones, which isnt good if most of your pals have motorola phones. but it is still a great fone. i hope i dont get bored with it though.........ive had 23 fones, 20 in the last 2 and a half years. my last fone was the O2 X3 and the camera on it is the same quality as the k700i. i bought the O2 X3 6 weeks ago, and ended up giving it 2 my sister. out of all the fones ive had, sony ericssons are the best.
does anyone have any cheat codes for the k700i? such as unlocking for free(without the use of USB/bluetooth/infrared)

For all the lesser intelligent people who keep asking about mp3 ringtones please leave. 1. it is very simple my 8yr old could figure it out. 2. it has been mentioned so many times its not funny so instead of posting just read. 3. and if you were stupid enough to buy a branded fone then they wont work at all. once u load the MP3 in ur phone. go to settings and then ringtones and select the ringtone u want.

after u hv charged longer, the battery life will last longer. it increased after every charge so fear not. now my battery can last quite long.

Anyone of u knows if the rubber cover situated in the bottom part of the phone where the data port and the charger connector is, can be bought from handphone shop?? because it tend to lose its shape after several opening and closing. i thought of getting a new one!

helloo every one,SE K700i is really a very good foen but why every one is comparing it with the nokia 6230?,in my opinion these both foen have there on value if you see that 6230 lacks a flash n bigger screen ,so dont forgot that K700i also lacks the memory card slot ,so in this view these two foen a same in there status ,so plz keep this in your mind.

Hi! I bought a k700i recently! It is a great phone! Except that i think the battery life is too short......i keep playing my mp3 songs n downloaded games (after it has been fully charged) and it only lasts for 2 to 3 hours. the manual says that it lasts for at least 4 hours....
To other k700i users, how long does your phone battery last? how often do u charge your phone when there is heavy usage? I charge my k700i everyday and this isnt very cool...

The Phone is sooo great in all aspects except video!!!!! It has these tiny squares around it wonder why? It's sound quality is very good compared to nokia phones which suck!!! Anyway i enjoy it!!!

converting to mp4 will give a smaller file size than converting to the lower bitrate mp3
so u can decide

Guys I use fma for connecting the mobile with the pc. I can upload my contacts to fma and to the outlook but the problem is that I cannot do the opposite. I want to sent all my contacts to the phone. Does anybody use this fma program and if so how I can I do it?

to Replayee: Dont bother converting to mp4, its not that much different from mp3. Instead i suggest converting your mp3's to mono 64kbps instead of the normal stereo.
This gives the same quality as a stereo 128kbps mp3 but the sound only goes through one channel, but it will pretty much sound the same.
