Hey can someone give me the link to update my k750's firmware.
Also i have a 512 stick and i had music on it and it played fine. Then i decided to fill it all w/ mp3s and when it was transfering the songs to the card the card crashed. And now there are no songs on there and it wont even let me play new ones when i add them. it only gives me to option to send the file? what happened??

@doul
i have heard some very suspiciuos rumors
the 1st one is that samsung e350 has better video quality than k750i is this true?
the 2nd is that the phone can play wma files when it is upgraded with certain software?
the w800i has better camera and video as the shutter does not cast a shadow over the camera lens
are they true ?

Simply reduce the resolution/size of your taken pictures. Open the lens cover/go into camera mode, click Settings, go to Picture size, Select Medium or Small.
Use the head man !.

Listen, once I bought my mobile I did the following:
1) Assembled all its parts together, like inserting the SIM card and the battery.
2) Kept the phone switched off, didn't turn it on after assembling all its parts together.
3) Put it in the charger for 4 hours with the phone still switched off, the manual says 4 hours at first charging then 2 hours later on.
4) Removed if from the charger after the charging 4 hours, didn't care that it was still showing charging on the screen.
5) Switched it on.
6) Had fun with it.
Since then and I used to drain the battery till the last bit of energy inside it, till the phone automatically switches itself off, then I put it in the charger for the exact 2 hours the manual recommends, I remove it from the charger after those 2 hours even if it's still displaying charging on its screen. Till oneday, suddenly after about an hour and half of charging I went to check it and I found "Fully charged" on the display, I kept it for another half an hour before I remove it from the charger. I don't know what happened then, That time I didn't change anything in my usual charging procedures. I think that it's just normal not to have fully charging indicator at the first couple of weeks of the battery usage.
If you stopped and thought about it a bit, you'de find that the max capacity of the battery 900 milli ambers can never take 12 hours to be recharged whether you're using a 230 v. or 110 v. wall outlet, logically and physically it will take much less time than that.
michael
Yes, you can store files of almost any type/format in Others folder. You won't be able to view/edit them on the phone though unless the phone is supporting their type.
jack
I don't think so, though I don't suggest doing that, they are designd to be fully charged then fully drained, just like any recharable AAA or AA lithium batteries.
It won't harm it only in one case, if the phone was taking the power directly from the wall outlet like laptops, but if it was taking the power from the battery which also takes the power from the outlet, then that isn't the ideal working condition for a mobile battery, we just can't tell which method a mobile use, so it'll be safer to follow the usual fully charging/fully draining safe way. -just my opinion which can be totally wrong-.
TBS
1) I have 131 Pictures of different resolutions, sizes and formats, also some of them are animated, they are taking a space of 4.9 MB.
2) I have a highest quality video of 08:01 length and it takes 4.6 MB of space, do the math and you'll know that a 1 hour video will take about 34 MB.
3) A voice recording of 5 minutes will take exactly 469 KB.

No, all you need to update your firmware via SE Update Service is just the USB data cable which is bundled by default in your phone package, no special materials needed.
b2okane
It might be a hardware issue or a software issue or even a combination of both of them. You need to take your device to any SE customer care center.
Danny-K
The video capturing resolution is a hardware controled thing, they created the lens to be able to capture in this resolution at maximum. Can't change it with a firmware/software update.
DJ
As I said before, some firmwares are countries/service providers dependant. In your area and with your service provider R1N035 is your latest firmware, maybe and maybe not you'll be able to update to the next latest firmware- the ones that comes after R1AA008-.
NOur
Play with the camera settings, check that Shoot mode is set to Normal, Night mode if Off, Effects are off, White balance is set to match your light conditions. If you still got the noise then I guess that you got a device with a faulty lens, just go to any SE store and talk with them about it.
erick's girl
No differences between them at all, both names do apply for the same piece of hardware, some uses the term "memory card" because it's a portable card in which you save/store data (a memory) while others use the term "memory stick" because it takes the look of a small/mini portable stick in which you also can save/store data (also a memory).
If you'll buy a 128 MB then you can buy it of MS Duo or MS Duo Pro type, if you'll be a bigger sized memory -from 256 MB to 2 GB- you have to get it of MS Duo Pro, for there are no MS Duo larger than 128 MB. The only difference between MS Duo and MS Duo Pro -other than size- is that MS Duo Pro is faster, and also more expensive.
All you have to do to check that the memory card/stick isn't corrupted is two things, first, perform a full format for it, when you get the phone go to Settings then File manager, click More and click Format ext.mem., after formatting it do the second thing, which simply fill it up with data, don't leave any free space in it, if there is any corrupted place inside it you'll discover it once it tries to write a data/file over that place.
Tamas
No, you don't need to buy a card reader. Just perform a full format to your MS -descriped how to do so in my last section of this post addressed to erick's girl-, then copy your MP3's into the MP3 folder which is located inside MSSEMC --> Media files --> audio folders. The MP3's which are into MP3 folder located outside MSSEMC folder won't be identified by the phone for unknown reason.
andyboy
Get out of clock/screen saver mode by pressing Back key, move the joystick to right -ignore the opened application and continue the combination-, press *, move the joystick to left twice, press *, move the joystick to left again, finally press *. Click Service info, then click Software info, the 1st line is your current firmware.
mike
A repeated question. You'll find the answer within this same post.
paveen
Too bad that you've left us. Though I'de agree with the better video capturing quality but I won't agree with better sound claiming. D600 will be better in ringing only due to using more channels -74 channels I guess againest K750 40 channels- but the music/MP3 quality won't be better -I guess-.
Mojako
I've tried to make it work once, though I failed but I didn't try it again cause I don't use that feature. Try to search about it in other sites or simply contact SE directly.
ben
No, it will take it properly, it can take up to 4 G's of date, you just have an old bug inside of your firmware, update to a newer firmware and you're phone stability will be rock solid.
