hi all, anyone plz shows me how to transfer mp3 files from pc or from the memory stick to the phone, and sets it as ringtones. Thx!

Your device has to be switched off to install the USB cable Update Driver. Switch off the phone, press and hold C key -firm it-, connect your usb cable with the phone -make sure the phone stays off, if it turned on unplug it, switch it off again then re-plug it- hence the find new hardware wizard should start. If it didn't start let me know and we'll try to do it manually.
i've tried it yet it cant work. it will turn on again and starts charging. perhaps u wanna email me and we discuss thru there? cos its rather messy here.

Can i apply MP3 song for SMS alert tone? I know that K700i does not have this capability.

I'm thinking of buying this phone but i have some questions.
(1)How long is the video recording in the phone's internal memory and how in a memory card eg:512 mb?(2)Does the phone record directly in a memory card or in the phone's internal memory?
(3)How is the video recording indoors/outdoors?Is it clear or just blurry?
(4)If you rate video recording what score would you give?

I was surfing the net and I came across a few websites that said that you could convert this phone to have the same functions as the W800 (ie. walkman mode with phone off). I am wondering if anyone here has done it and whether it works alright. Are there any problems?

excellent phone, but even more better with w800 softwear.....my friend flashed his k750 with w800 softwear and it runs much more faster, and has a betther mp3 player, and even the battery lasts few hours longer.....but he lost his warranty.....

Dust shouldnt be able to get under ur screen, did u drop the fone or do anything that may have damaged the casing??

tragedy!!!
cant believe this.. just bought mine a week back n i today i see 4-5 pecks of dust under te screen!!! why lord why????? this is what i hate... even after i treated like it was a diamond..
maybe its cus the mob has too many buttons on d sides.. this is bad...
plus i still don understand y the speaker had to be on the bottom... if the mob is lyin on a cushion.. the tones get blackd out real bad... nway im hangin on in thr...

I have no idea, I follow the steps in the page which Golmaal and Unidentified just gave to you -which I gave in here several times before but none is reading including YOU- and it works fine with me, try to follow the steps in that page and give it another try and see what will happen. I'm using version 2.2 Build 7.

I just answered that, while the camera is in video mode click More then select Shoot mode then select High quality video to remove the 10 seconds limiter which is made for MMS clips. Your PC Suite has to be installed on your PC for your OS to identify the phone, without the PC Suite your PC won't be able to communicate with the phone. Install it then try to copy/transfer any media files yourself and if you failed just ask for the proper way.

Man, I do totally think & believe that you're wasting your & our time here giving the most wrong informations. For amena you suggested her to buy a bigger memory while all she needed is to remove the MMS clips limiter option, and for Camilla -not Carnilla- you suggested her to buy a memory reader to help her transfer the data while she's already can transfer the data between the phone and the PC with the standard USB cable and her problem was in the corruption of the data after transferring.
I RECOMMEND YOU TO READ AND UNDERSTAND THE POSTS CAREFULLY NOT TO GIVE WRONG INFORMATIONS AND EMBARRASS YOURSELF !.

You don't install applications in your phone, you simply transfer them into your phone. You download the application, unzib/unrar it, click copy on the .JAR file -the application- then open your SonyErcisson File Manager from your Desktop, then open the Phone memory, then left click in any blank/empty area then click Paste, the phone will store the application automatically in the Applications folder.

Hi Carnilla, regarding to transfer files from Mac to K750, I recomend you to buy a card reader for the Memory Stick it will help you to transfer any file you want and very fast by using this Card reader. I don't have Mac Pc so I'm not able to tell you how to do it, but the best thing that you do to avoid many problem to buy the card reader you can get it from anyshop that they sell Pc product.I hope this info is helpfull.

Hi Amena, regarding to record video on K750 more than 10second you can do that by buying Memory Stick Pro, and than you don't need to do any setting and than you can record video
more than 10 this depend on your memory size I recomend you to buy at least 512mgb.I hope this info is helpfull.

i LOVE the k750i :P just wondering tho, i was using the video recorder the other day, and it was only like for 10 secs. was wondering if it shouldve been for longer? oh and another thing, how do i transfer my pics from my phone onto the pc, cause i tried with installing the cd,and that just doesnt work....

Damn, I tryed to convert VIDEO (movie)to 3gp format in My MpegAble 4X life but I CANT!
It yells me that "No input video (Directshow mismatch)"! Im freaking out here by trying to do something! And when I open Audio Enconding I cant pick anything! WTF I choosed Movie and it shown in Input and Output so what is a problem!!!!!!!!!

First of all I can't see any note for MAC OS supporting in the PC Suite minimal requiremnets. Anyway I'll assume that you're having it installed and running in your MAC. Let's try to perform a complete format to your MS to see how things will go. Copy any important data in your MS into your PC then unplug the phone from the USB cable then press the joystick to go to phone menu then go to File manager, click More then click Format ext. mem. Now try to copy any song into the shared memory -in the SonyEricsson File Manager in your Desktop,select the phone then open the phone memory then copy the song into the Sounds folder- then play it, if it was corrupted -and you already have the USB Cable Update Driver installed- then maybe your firmware have some audio engine bugs so try to upgrade it, if it was played correctly then move it internally to the MS -with the USB cable unplugged select the song from Sounds folder in the File manager then click More then Manage files then Move to ext.mem-, if you found it corrupted then your MS is a faulty unit and have it replaced from SE local dealer, if it was played correctly then 1st step is passed with success. Now plug your USB cable again and open your Removable Disk -the MS- just don't copy into the MP3 folder for the phone won't identify it, instead go to MSSEMC folder, Media Files folder, Audio folder then finally MP3 folder, copy your songs here and unplug your device from the cable, now, moment of truth, try to play the songs, if played without any corruption then congrats, if not then I guess your problem is much higher than my limited intelligence. Hope this post could help you & solve your problem.

if u keep on complaining about the shared memory and freezing...........upgrade to Siemens A35
