hi everybody ,,, i just want to know wether the earphones of K750 produce the same sound as the ear phones of W800 ... and can we use other earphones with K750 like the W800 and is the sound quality and volume of both the cell phone's speaker same .... and tell me which cell phone is better looking and better to use if anyone has seen or used both of them or have made a comparison between them ... i want to buy it in a week or so .. so i need some confirmations wether i buy k750 or w800 .. i m alitte confused ... plzz help me over my confusion .. thanx a lot ... and plzz tell me if there is any difference between the two cell phones excluding the memory stick and the looks ,,, ! thanx again ...

I think @Doul has issues I mean does he work for se or summet cos iv never known any one so defensive over a PHONE...I do agree with some statements tho...POWER TO K750I!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hey adel. well man every time i switch off my cell and turn it again it write unsuccesful before the pin code. do u have any idea if I have replaced the firmware by a new one, does this problem disappear?
one more question pls, if i install the new firmware, does it replace the old one or does it install on the remaining free space on the phone? thanks for answering man

As far as I know, you cannot view other files except for sounds in your memory stick when it is connected on the phone but you can copy files from you PC to your memory stick. You can only access the images and other stuffs that is saved on your phone memory. So I suggest, you transfer the file first on your phone memory then connect it to the Computer.

Hay what's up man ?? mmmmmmm I don't know I have no idea, when I 1st installed this update I just pressed and hold the C key then plugged the USB cable and kept pressing the C key till the Found new hardware wizard started up in the XP, then I only pointed to where the update is and had the OS updating it without any trouples. Anyway the word "unsuccessful" where does it appear ?? If it's on the phone then that's the problem. You know when you start to install that update the phone has to be switched off and when you press and hold the C key and plug the cable and have your windows updating the driver the device will REMAIN off, if you plugged the cable and the phone switched back on then you weren't pressing down the C key right.

No, it doesn't have a symbian OS, it's not written in it's specifications and you have to believe it. For the comparison question, well, I don't own a D600 so I can't help you but you can do it yourself, under each phone picture you will find reviews and tests -if any- then Read opinion then compare, click it then choose the brand followed by the model which you want to compare the K750 with, it's a pretty easy way to compare 2 devices.

Go for the one that suits all your needs man. W900 is almost the same as the K750i but with a 3G support and of another form factor but it's still comming soon. The other O2 one I don't really know anything about it but as I told you, just go for the one that suits you more.

LOL, geez man, warn us from what ?? A cracked joystick in your way too very old T68 !!! Let me ask you how long have you been using it ?? Another question, do you ACTUALLY BELIEVE that they haven't improved from the days of T68 ?? There was even no sonyericsson by that time it was only ericsson by then. Be practical man!.

You don't install the applications on the K750i, you just copy & paste them into the phone. Extract the application -if it's in winrar or winzip form .zip or .rar- to have the final form of it -.jar I believe- then copy it and open your phone memory from the file manager and right click on any white place inside the opened phone memory screen -not on any folder from the ones in front of you just on any blank white area- and the phone will transfer it to you and you should find the application in the Applications folder in your phone.

how do i install new java applications , when i connected through usb cable my application folder is not visible rest all sound ,image, themes,others are visible also my memory stick is not visible any one help please.

Yes, you can buy it separated -stand alone- from any SE local store and as AMH just wrote it will work fine with the K750i as the 3 devices have the same port.

There is a technique called upgrading the firmware to eliminate such problems. You seem to follow the guys in only having the problems but you don't seem to follow them in solving it.

Well you don't have to be a technical person to fully discover all your phone benefits and bonuses just as you don't have to be a software engineer to fully master your operating system. However, I already answered that K750i vs. W800i question several times before, you may find it down this page or in page 2.

But effectivly you are rite in that I dont use the handset and play about with it that much as im not that much of a technical person...do you like the w800i and if so do you know the differences

Thanx for caling me shallow really appreciated...people use there phones for all dif reasons and personally I like to use it for the cam quality which is fantastic...I just dont want to have a dif handset were the cam quality is poor as you cant get better than k750i as i said and like you said the mp3 player is a good qulaity but mine as well as other pple I kno has developed a fault....and as I work for the network I have ben informed that se k750i has had many probs with crashing due to all the software on it

to be honest, i dun really believe that kaye said about "the only thing". I think she/he just doesnt really play around with the phone pretty much and dun know how to use the phone. My K750 has no problems neither with mp3 and camera. Btw, y didn't u mention about the mp3 quality which is really fantastic, that it can subtitute a real mp3 player? if i were u, i won't just stuck with camera (which i think pretty shallow thinking). For example: i put opera mini, where i can browse internet, i can also put messenger and it works (although i can't send the message, i think that is the software problems, but if i sign in with the phone, that will makes me sign out in the computer), not only that, i also put bible and the wheather forecast application that enable me to know wheather in many countries. (that is so far the applications that i can find for K750, despite being a normal phone and not a smartphone, those applications are useful for me).
btw.. the speaker sound somehow does not satisfy me, but aniwae, i am very happy with the earphone quality, that it can make the voice really clear (like 3D sound)-->since i use the mp3 alot, so i have to bring the earphone with me everywhere which at the same time i need it to improve the sound quality when i make call.
not forget to mention also is the battery. It is long lasting, i use the mp3 like 4 hours, 1 hour of video, few times messaging and making calls and playing around with the camera and application. By the end of the day, i got 28% of the battery. With 4 hours of mp3 a day, the battery will be around 60%.
so i need to recharge every two days really. since the time when i got the phone (which is 1 month ago), until today, i reqularly use the mp3 for at least 1 hour a day. I have no problems with the phone.

I recently won a se k750i as I work for o2 and I have to say that im not always that satified with the handset...a number of collegues have also had numourous probs with the handset such as it freezing that badly that you have to take the battery out to turn it off...also recently when iv ben using my mp3 player it has been failing and just cutting off which is actually becoming very annoying....the handset does have good qualitis tho such as the obvious 2.mp cam,...but to be honest this is the only think that is stopping me getting a sam e530 as you cant beat the cam quality but that the only good thing
