hi everybody ... i m about to buy this cell phone ... heard a lot about it .. well i just want to know one thing ... is k750's earphone (which is included in the sales pack) different from w800's and if yes then which one is better ... and aldo tell me which cell phone is better according to the price ... ? and for how much can i sell the 64 mb memory card and buy the 512 one .. i m really confused between k750 and w800 plzz tell me which one is better to buy ? ur all wellcome to reply ... thank u ...

thx @doul for ur help, just another question, does it support AMR tones? and in ur opinion which is better k750i or nokia 6630?? iam having 6630 and want to buy k750i, just say ur comment, thx in advance.

It takes them some time to check and approve all the automated hidden posts, give it another 2 days. If you're using a 56K modem on a dial-up connection it won't take more than few seconds to download any messenger -biggets I saw was about 150 KB-, same if downloading directly into your phone, you can find the messenger size just beside it's name or download link, it will take that same size in your phone. For the best application I can't help you for I'm not using any messenger at all, so just go into each one specifications and pick up the one that you find will cover all your needs, or choose the highest rated one and give it a try.

It can play .wav file if its sample rate is equal to 16 KHz or less. More than 16KHz won't be supported/played.

hey @DoUL, got ur post of what u said but the one that u said u were talking about that never came up, really never came up.lol, so thats not there yet. but went and checked out the site, was reasonable i guess, but just wondering how much space the things id download onto my phone wud take, u know? plus im really not sure what the "best" thing to get is, to figure that out i look at the user ratings, but still, what is the best thing for the phone? lol...sigh....

No, of course it will have some lag -same will happen when opening a fragmented 4 G's partition that is completely full-, but it won't be very very lagged, still in acceptable fast operation.

It's pretty normal man, these sounds are found new hardware notification peeps in the XP operating system. After installing the PC Suite try opening the Sony Ericsson File Manager from your desktop, if it recognized your phone and can see its contents then the PC Suite is working correctly, go to your My Computer, if there is disk called Removable Disk then your MS is also identified by the OS, if it's not there just install the update of the USB cable from sonyericsson web site, if still can't find that disk then just format your MS and it should work well after formatting.

There are no major differences, just the keybad & camera layout, the color and in the W800i there is no Shortcut key. In the software there is only the option to turn off the W800i while still can access the media player which isn't in the K750i.

I'm using K750i..great phone
One problem though
Whenever i try to recieve any file from other cellphone..It says memory full....Even though i deleted stuff...Still the problem persists..what do i do?

LOL.. I think Cunningham is confused about the talk time and memory.. look when he says I have got 5 videos etc. and the memory is full.. LMAO. Back to school. Blah blah.. read on.
Talk time is the number of hours the phone stays alive before the battery drains out.
Memory is ( :O ) the amount of solid state bits n bytes of cells (made up of a thing called transistor) which store data like videos, audio etc. in raw format which the decoder decodes giving us sound or picture on the SCREEN!! whoa!!!

HELP NEEDED!
PEOPLE who had problem with PC suit!!!!!!
I still have problem instaling it!!!!!!!!
When I instiled it, I plug my SEk750i to computer and I hear 1 sound and then 2 more
just after the first one!
WHO HAD SAME PROBLEM AND WHO FIXED IT?

YES. 10 seconds of the mp3 music only.
2. can the shutter sound in the camera be turned off?
Yes, if the phone is in the silent mode, the camera shutter will turn off automatically. There is no options however if you want to turn it off or not. Just when the phone is in silent mode.

"im afraid that se fone camera got the LOUD shutter sound "chekeet"...cannot use in public!!"
Turn you phone into silent mode and the camera shutter will automatically go to silent mode too.
