Does anyone know a good encoder/converter ,except ImTOO (lousy quality), to change an avi-file into a good mp4-file.
Thanx in advance!

I just got the phone today, very easy to navigate trough the menu, nice screen too.
The camera is pretty good, you can select 2 different sizes for video recording and choose between normal and high quality for recording. sound quality is amazing. overall a very good phone.

reece ,,i noticed the same with it not being that loud but i found moving the phone about with mine lower on the ear i could hear better, seem's maybe speaker to high on the phone..if u get the phone go to the carphonewarehouse there phone's are unbranded striaght from SE them self's people seem to have had no problem's with them,u can also go on o2 with them with unbranded like myself and no problem's,they are still selling them and o2 have stopped cause there software is making the pphone faulty..with the mp3 i dont no why it's going into template's cause that's all i do go to my computer click on the drive for the phone then click on the right folder, then onto media then into ringtone's ..then from there copy and paste and they are on my phone then...sure your memory stick is working??

MJS- You are right in assuming I paid £300 for it. Its worth it in my eyes. Maybe your friend is one of the lucky ones.
ell1976- If I were you I would purchase a bluetooth dongle as then the mp3's should go straight to the Sounds folder. I had the same problem with my data cable too.
Dave- Everybody knows that Nokias are rubbish.

All, This isnt the best phone on the market, the software and user menu are poor. the only phone software worth having is Symbian or Linux. The 2 dady phones will be Nokia N90 and N91, both inialate all SE phones. Why dont SE use EDGE? Wi-Fi? Symbian?

mine on o2 for over a week no problems. apart from the download of mp3. I have followed your instructions Si and Den but this saves it to message template? why. Can it not be saved straight into the sounds file on the phone. Not having a dig but what is with the LOL all the time you guys no about phones thats why we are asking you.

Tommy - I presume by having bought it sim free, that you paid about £300 for it?
Incidently my mate has a K750 on contract with o2 for a few weeks and has had no problems to date (one of the lucky ones!?)
Think I'm going to wait until 20th June when o2 are selling them again, and then get it free on contract...

Yeah I too think that the problems are caused by o2 and the software. Mine is on o2 but I bought it sim free :). Also who in their right mind would buy a phone like this on Vodafone. Everyone knows they install their ugly software on it. You can get rid of it but it is complicated.

Just seen a pic which shows the entertainment menu(with games and such) it has something called remotecontrol with a bluetooth logo next to it. Does anyone know what this does?

Re:o2
Whilst it's not specifically relating to the K750, check out bbc.co.uk/watchdog and search for o2... it details o2 problems with the SE K700 and it's incompatibility with the o2 network - is the freezing that people are experiencing with the SE K750 just a coincidence?! (Not sure if they're all o2 customers or not).

Love this phone, good fun and excellent quality. Only problem is in my shop weve had to withcall them because of the high number of them coming back with freezing problems, about 1 in 3! I would wait until the end of the month for the software updated versions before you go buy one.

Where can i get a 1gb memory card from at a good price?
Also i dont know much about all the camera settings and i was just wondering when in low lighting conditions say like in a pub etc..
Is it better to use night mode? or the flash light or both together or just put the brightness up?
Thanks in advance

Hi Den
Yeah I think I will, but I guess I might actually stay with Orange as they can now offer me the same deal, I did notice too how quiet the handset it when listening to calls, is there something that can be done about this ?? I turned the volume on the side right up !
cheers Reece xx

flashing is unlocking + removing operator software; this can be done by using a special flashcard which most local foonstores have. The unlockin isnt nessecary btw
