hi, i dont think there is any firmware things yet, and there wont be for a while. worst of all though is i sold my original d500 on ebay and have to send thta off and replace it with the same phone because my k750i is going back for a refund, its all a mess!!, my friend works at 02 and he told me 50 percent of phones they had sold had come back. Come on SE sort the phones out before you release them!

Sopor! Thank You for that information.

I guess the #1 problem on this phone as of now if it turns itself off or freezes when not in use. I have not expirience this problem. Does anybody know if there is already firmware update?

hi, i got this phone 2 days ago, and the camera i must say is fantastic. however when i leave it on standyby for more than an hour ( like when asleep and its charging) it freezes and you have to take the battery out and put it in again to get it to turn on. ive given up and its going back tomorrow and im going to go back to my silver d500. the camera may not be as good but i feel it is easier to use and i like the design more. in theory a good phone, on practice, well time will tell but at the moment, a deffinate no for me.

is it true that the max time for recording a video is only 1 minute?!?

Do we have the same firmware?
You can find it by pulling the joystick right, pressing *, left, left, *, left, *.
I think my version is R1A044, but I'm not sure (my first Sony Ericsson phone and maybe my last?)

Got mine yesterday on Vodafone. Had a problem with it talking to my PC, seems ok now. I had to reboot the phone. Synch with outlook was seemless. It plays mp3 files borrowed off the internet, no copyright issues. Can't comment on battery, not bothered about camera, radio is good.

I bought SE 750i on the 27th, probably the second phone sold by the store. I was so keen buying it after reading about it in SE' website. Here are the things I noticed,
                                    1. Frstly... the phone hung twice in two days.
                                    2. The camera quality is not the best (Not to the standard of 2MP, also marginally better than some of the lower-end nokia phones)
3.You cannot listen to the Radio when charging, means if you have 100%charge in the phone you can listen to it for what like 2.5-3.5 hrs using the headset, (I don't know if it varies if a speaker is used)
                                    4. The phone is really slower. Even slower when accessing any from the external memory stick.
                                    5. I didn't find any birthday reminders for people whose names are not stored in the Phone book. I do not know yet how to do it, incase they have any of this available.
                                    6. The buttons on the phone is smaller and sometimes difficult to use. The joystick is not the best compared to other phones, not responsive enough. (Do not know if its something to do with only my phone)
These are someof the things I found during my usage, I was using a Nokia 6610 for the past 2 years without any such problems. So I would suggest people to be a little careful if planning to buy this one unless SE comes up with a better version of the same.

The K750 is what the phone is caulled but the K750i means internation and k750c means chinease version! Don't get confused by Nokia's i bit as that means an upgraded and improved mobile one where on SE phones they just mean if it is internation or chinease version!
