The K750i & the W800i are nearly the same. The W800i is more musically inclined(has the Walkman logo on it) & so has pampered the musical side of it & can be used with headfones, also comes with a 512MB memory stick, the K750i comes with a 64MB card in the pack(of course you can upgrade it later) Also has flight mode(plays music while switched off etc.) Otherwise both have the exact same features. Both support the same stuff, have the same screen resolution, can support the same amount of memory. That's the reason im planning on getting the K750i, dont wanna wait till the W800i is launched, by Sep i think.

2 questions about SE k750
1. Is it true u cant take any sly photos bcoz if the shutter sound for the camera?
2. is it possible to be used as an mp3 player in the plane? (i.e. flight mode)

this phone is not available on pay as you go....only monthly contracts or sim free...
02 shops believe they wont see it pay as you go for anywhere up to a year....
its only 299.99 sim free from 02 shop
this is quite cheap my last phone cost me 330 and had half the amount of cool stuff this phne does...
2mp camera you cant expect it cheap in a phone that is pretty small with radio mp3 video recorder....its a phone you will always want!

O2 update! Bunch of lying ********. The phone is available to buy online £50 with cheapo contract or free on £30 per month and above. Upgrades from 1st June.
No you can't buy it as PAYG.

i have this mobile and i think u can buy it because its camera its much more better than k700 this is the best k750 who ever buys it like i did u will love it

People saying that the phone is too expensive? Lets see, radio, mp3player, video- rec/player, kamera and ofcourse the phone. I think the price is ok...

Just an update from O2 "online" (as opposed to stores,) release date is 25th May, which may or may not be available immediately for people after an "upgrade".

dolius was right about the sockets are all differnt and won't be able to take old charges etc but as quite right said as someone else said that its a pop port and may be the same! The W800 is better than the K750 aso of the flight mode when you can turn off the phone and take pictures and listen to the mp3 player and will come with a 512mb memory cardand a wireless more advanced stereo non standard headphones come with it too! I have a T610 and I can just turn the phone on silent and ou can't hear the camera sound so I thought that would be the same for other newer SE mobiles too!

the k750i is £299 thats not a bad price 4 the phone when u think how much the s700i was,also on 02 200 u get the phonew 4 free not many other phones on a low tarrif like that are 4 free.the k750i looks like a great phone and the pictures i have seen it take are great.

well i agree to what mr. mubasher said. k750i is way too expensive! i would also rather go to 6230i for it has things that SE phones cant do. although i really like the design and flash features of k750, and also the 2MP cam.

Well got my phone charged and working...
The back is a bitch to come off once you have assembled it....So it good it wont fall off.
Camera for 2 mp is very good.
mp3 ringtones with a few built in ready to use (Shame they are dance tunes).
games are cool....never seen sony erricson games before...lol
seen no problems with it so far no lagging errors nothing....ace to use....
top rated phone....
Sadly No 02 shop is selling it pay as you go thou and the 2 i spoke to dont recon it will be out for up to a year.
sim free from 02 is £299.99 well worth it.

Hi "sugarray"
but "dumdidum" mentioned that :
"actually da phone is fast port not pop port so there is no converter to use headphones for it."
Therefore i'm not sure if they uses the similar type of "port" if it's really the same. it would be great.
