The W800 has a simular camera lens to the S700i but W800 does have a slider to you can slide a lens cover over it!

Most of the phone can only have 500 contacts because the other memory has been used for other languages such as Chinese characters. Only phones that cannot received or create chinese characters can have 1000 contacts.

It doesn't matter if one phone is 1.3MP , 2MP or 5MP that is just the size or the pic, the quality still remains if it is good or bad. You could have a 10MP camera but with rubbish quality!! So why are Nokia cameras better than SE's one in your oppinion??

Your wrong again! The Sony Ericsson W800 DOES have a lens cover ok. That has been discussed on other forums and twice on here! Also so why do you think Nokia cameras are better than SE's cameras when it has been proven they arn't!

w800/k750i i am sure are good cameras, but are yet 2 c wat the zoom and auto focus is like. what i dont no bout fones isnt worth noing remember i work for the carphonewarehouse actually im the manager, if i didnt no my fones properly i couldnt do my job. and by the way adam526 the w800 has no lense covber, look at the back of it

i want to buy either k750 or w800.
too bad k750 doesn't have a flight mode, or does it? correct me if i'm wrong.
w800 doesn't have a lense cover, but it's a mp3 player.
well, i guess one can't have them all :P

Actually, the k700, t610 and so on could had 500 enteries, so one name with 3 numbers is considered 3 enteries.
K750 is 500 contacts.

lol I agree with the english bit I am on Sony Ericsson's side! If you look on loads of my previous reviews I have been backing SE against Moto people who like those phones best! I am trying to help people out and think SE K750 is a great phone! On my last post I just commentated on what the phone could imporve in next time!
And to AB user, the W800 camera is asactly the same as the K750! Just design is different and the phone has flight mode where you can use the camera and Mp3 Player when the phone is off and instead of 15hrs playback of music you can lsiten to the Mp3 Player for 30hrs when the phone is off! Your still learning about phones AB, I have worked for SE, Moto and Alcatel remember!

Nice touch with 2MP camera, also a very good thing with MSDuo memory expansion, too bad the phonebook contact is only limited to 500 names (no difference with K700 or even T610).

the reason there are lots of negative posts is that people from other brands know this phone is nice and SE is giving them lots of competition.
otherwise the negative posts wouldn't be here! ;)

u cant deny tat this phone is crap....it got all sorts of feature plus check it out www.sonyericsson.com and check wat this offers
the 3d graphic of games are wonderful... stands against QD .... music player again with a backup 64mB RAM....why do u ppl keep commenting about this phone loses some thing...?this phone can get softwares....its one of the classy phone b4 t610.... this phone is wat i'll say godlike... it includes fmradio ,bluetooh,java,camera,video recording,mp3,video player... do not argue too much :) juz praise this sucessful phone going out :) plus look at their votes its wat its likely to be....so this is it

Hello, i agree and disagree with some of your points in the previous points. First of all i agree with:
SE need to work better to improve design etc.
The d500 auto focus is poor and only zoom in VGA mode.
I disagree with:
"the design of this fone is great" i believe it is common as muck.
You said the d500 design is poor - i disagree as i believe it is nicer looking than the k750i, a nice small neat slider design that everybody wants nowadays and 60% of The CPW sales are the d500.
I didnt say that the 6630 had a better camera than this because with 2MPs against 1.3MPs it should be better.
I think that the W800 camera is absolutely c**p! but i think it is good on this k750i I just think they should improve in design, if SE cam & technology and UI in a Moto SLVR V8, RAZR V3 or RAZR PRO V1150 i think it would be the best fone money could buy, but unfortunately thats not happened yet. I believe that its either exterior or interior that will sell a fone
