had this phone for a bit more than a month now i say its fairly great with amazing features.only problems come in the games / apps folder which tends to be a conflict to many k790/k800 owners which eventually leads you to an 'operation failed' popup and blocks you from entering the folders..no good software has been released yet sadly.

This phone is the most hyped phone. Build quality is poor, frequent hanging of the phone despite software upgrades. ear piece going bad, name it and you have the problem.
Picture quality of the phone is fairly good. Thats if the cam does not hang.... Not worth the price and effort to buy it.

I like the phone and i will be buying it in a couple of days. I just want to know something. Can I use a 4gb Memory Stick PRO or duo. As it says Adaptors are available if you want to use with Memory Stick PRO-compatible products.

Does it have better camera than Sharp 903sh? I dont think so. I have a Sharp 903sh, and i compared it with my friend's k790 and mine took better pictures. I must accept that k790 has interesting features as well like the xenon flash and some others.
Next weel i'll be getting my own k790 and i'll have the chance to compare them in more detail and i'll take a decision on which one to use. I'll be posting a comment after that.
So guys what do you think? Which one do you pprefer?

Hi
I have been using SonyEricsson k790 from past 6 months. It is good phone and a lots of new features and sound quality and audio also too good .
If we come to camera is 3.2 MP and picture quality is also good ,
Battery backup is also ok for me , it will come to 3 days for normal talk , if i charge it 100%(without MP3).
Some time its software will careate problem and phone will be hangup . I have faced twice this problem ...
