1. the volume control is in the top right side of k800i
2.turn your phone off and get the battery out.you'll see the sim card slot behind the battery.

how do you turn up the volume on this phone?

I like this phone. It basically has everything - good camera, nice display, radio, mp3 player etc. The only downfall in my opinion is that it's kind of bulky and doesn't lay too well in my pocket. Also with average use I have to charge it every 2-3 days (with umts off). Except that I'm happy about this phone. It's not special, just a good phone packed with a lot of features.

Rusafie, 26 May 2008Joy Stick is the only disadvantages of the fon, i thinkI'm totally agree. The only thing I dont like about this phone is the problematic joystic. SE shouldn't pre-istalled the Tennis games coz it only spoiling the joystick when play. I repaired my joystick once and now it problem again.

you need to use a program called the Sony Ericsson Update Service (SEUS)> this will automatically reload you phone with the latest software. Make sure you back everything up though cos it will delete EVERYTHING on your phone. it will be like having a brand new handset. Hope that helps

sound quality is bad i cant even here it from a distance. k810 is much better for sounds. and can you tell me what makes the original battery different from the fake(crap) a certain characteristic.

this phone is good in first look the camera is good but the video quality makes its low on average making it 3rd on my list. and camera is useless on the dark... in the philippines there is so many china low quality produce phone and i hate that. because all of them are crap. same looks but different operating systems. totalled.

perfect! it does everything u want it 2. i must say, the only problem is the joystick, u could be moving it to the left for example and it selects whats highlighted! on the whole, a good buy- you'll get ur moneysworth. ;)

i got alot of software trouble with my k800i.it keeps restarting all the time i got so fed up im usin my faithful nokia 1100...anyone know wher i can download software for this fon so that i can flash it myself?please post a link up thanks!

this phone is tough because i use it for almost 3 years and it never have a problem. until today, my phone is just fine.
