can anyone plz tell me if u can put films or dvds onto the phone. I have recentley downloaded some 3gp movies off the web but can anyone tell me how to put them onto my phone and also the dvds

This is really a great phone. I got this phone after my K700i. The pictures taken from the phone is definitely clear. The overall interface screen colours are sharp and clearer than any other SE phone. I managed to insert couple of games and they work fine. At first, I was hesitating to buy the phone because of he toggle but now,I never regretted buying it as playing games with toggle is so much more convenient.

actually d fon is ok, but my probs is i can hear clear when some1 calls. i've taken it to eng. but still in vain. why? some1 help pls

To answer a few questions people have raised, no the m2 memory stick does not come as standard with these models, and the "operation failed" problem with opening games and applications, updating the phones software will do NOTHING to solve this problem, nor will master resetting the phone. It is a fairly common problem, and the only way you can deal with it is to send it back for repair via the place you got it from or a se service centre.

I like my phone a lot but ever since i bought it in dec '06,i have nt dropped it b4 but the joystick freezes almost all the time and i really think SE should review this very seriously.

it has a real problem with gsm signal. are moments when the connection fails.

my applications and my games got corrupted!!!..what should i do??...i've tried to reformat the phone and the memory card but still it says "operation failed"!!!...this happened when i put on games that i think was not compatible with the k800i,i was able to download these games from the net then put it on the phone via the usb connection,then after several hours i cannot open my games and applications...all the 3 games pre-installed and the ones i've downloaded earlier via the gprs ,applications-face warp etc got corrupted!!!!...please help me!!!........by the way this happened 2-3 months ago,..thanks in advance...

I am a K750i user and I plan to buy a new phone. Of course, I would stick to Sony Ericsson.
I'm looking forward for this upgrade and I read the reviews about the aesthetic K810i. I think K800i is worth it. The price of this phone here in the Philippines dropped dramatically so its a must have.
I'm really excited of having this phone soon.

Joystick is a pain in the ass. I wish the phone had both edge and 3g, not one or the other(k790)

Just check from one man for few mins and I would say its display really superb not even seen such display in other brands.

I've bought the k800 a couple of weeks ago and I have a slight problem with it - the lens cover on the back seems to have loosened up...it still works fine, opens and closes smoothly, but in the end position (either opened or closed) it moves at least a couple of millimeters and really feels unpleasant when holding it in your hand,...a shame that SE didn't think of this 'cause overall it is a great phone (by far the best looking for me - that's why I bought it)...obviously they've improved this in k810, but then again k810 doesn't look as nearly as good as the k800...
So anyway, does anyone have any experience with this? Will it get worse to the point where I'll have to replace the lens cover and can it be replaced at all?

guys i have this phone for 2 days now and its amazingly...you won`t belive it ...the loud speaker is louad enough...the camera...no commnent...superb display...it`s fantstic...buy it sorry for my poor english

The K800i is the best phone ever,I bought it a few days back and I must say its simply the best. The camera and the display is excellent,the sound is also great though its not so loud.All the other features are excellent.
I would rate this phone 9.5 out of 10.
