...piece of advice to those who really have this phone,,,(coz they'll just be the ones to get this),,,to avoid errors on the joystick never use it in taking pictures,just use the camera button on the side,,,and as much as possible avoid using the joystick if given the chance to avoid using/pressing it (in pressing ok or select just use the upper left button which indicates ok or select/in the menu just press the number that indicates the part of the menu either messaging,music player etc..for example,by pressing number 6 right after pressing the menu or when you are in the menu grid you will be able to activate the music player)...and by the way,if given the chance,try cleaning your joystick by using cotton buds,,,that's all...take care of this very wonderful phone...

...yes,mp3 can be used both as a caller and a message tone...so as midi,and wav...
..yap...it can also play mp3 and radio at the same time your browsing or plying a game or
texting,,,
...what do you mean by self-take function???...pls clarify/specify...

To the person asking if there is a new software update available, have a look if when you go into my files, then video's, see if the little thumnails of the videos you have saved start playing on the video that is highlighted. If it does, then you already have the latest software, if it doesnt then you dont. Really though, however, this is all that is different between the latest software and older versions, well not that ive noticed anyway!

Im using K800i for about 5 months. The only problem is that its microphone easily spoiled to loud sound. So dont put ur hp near to tv, speaker etc.
Another thing is that, whenever u make 3G videocall, it is hard to adjust its volume. The voice is too low and u got to use earphone!
Overall.. K800 still the best phone i ever got.

its a stalwart frm SE! gr8 features crisp pictures but the speaker quality should have been better as well as the joystick which acts up at times but otherwise a gr8 handset. I mean it was awarded the best GSM phone what more? those who appreciate quality would love this baby!

Great Phone, the sound and the camara are one of the best i have ever had. Really good features and easy to use. Works very well with the blue tooth car hands free..
Bad Points - the slider to the camera on the back opens in your pocket.The wap button on the key pad can turn on when you are using the phone.
Apart from that 9/10.

Its zenon flash is great outside much better than those crapy led ones like the one you get in the n95

Awesome phone. only prob is the joystick dose play up on ya, it also tends to lagg n be a bit delayed even with a 1GB memory card!

wake up k800 people, the joystick too fall out like N73. And smart phone like N73 slow and jam, so how can k800 whicj is not also have the same problem.

i amm a nokia user bt i wanna turn it off as im borred of it..
I amm planng to get a new handset.probaly ths k800 or samsung u600 (whch is recently launched) i read the specification of both d phones bt m stll confused..
can u guys pls suggest me what really outrage the samsung 600..n i should go for this.. i also wanna knw abt the speaker of k800..is it loud clear n rythmatic like other sony walkman phones..
let me knw whch one is beter in camera features look wise and in handling.. in these2 phones i.e k800 of sony or u600 of samsung

k800 is alot better that n90.,
