my dad is planning to buy me a phon like this...im confuse if it really has a good quality or what..im not so particular with the music feature of a phone..what i just want is a good 3G phone...does this phone fit>??thanx for your replies

I like this phone's features very much, the only thing I'm curious about is SMS storage. Does this phone allows unlimited ( or memory card storage option) messages to be stored in inbox and other folders??? Please reply... You can also email me on sincere_adil at yahoo dot com

its a great fone!!! in terms of features wise!!! practically covers all bases!!
HOWEVER.. it is a little bulky.. i often put it in my pants pocket.. fearin tthe tight space might spoil the lens protector(if you noe wad i mean)im very careful about the protrudin cam lens protector.. any suggestions??? PLS get backk to me..

It is great mobile, i have a problem when I record a call there is a derangement in my voice, but the other voice is O.K., Can anybody help me in this and tell if he has same problem, and how to solve it. thanks

Do you want to hear bass effect? or louder earphone? just use it with the soft-cover(you know) that came with the original earphone. You'll change your opinion about this masterpiece.

the phone is great. my prob is more on battery life. u dont need to upgade battery but purchase an extra cheap battery as my spare

Bob..no worries to buy k800i...everything run smoothly..the sound still can compare with W series..if u put on handsfree n u listen it...u will feel tht better than ipod!!

does not have trackID.I have a k790a and a k800i...neither have trackID. see the ACTUAL specs on the sony ericsson website

I had tested this phone and almost bought one but decided against it because of the volume level of the earphone peaker. The volume seemed quite low and in noisy enviroments one can barely hear the other party. Ithink Sony Ericsson could have put in louder speakers and allowed their customers to turn down or up the volume to their liking as even with the vlume turned all the way to max I could still barely hear the other party. I compared this phone to the new Motorolla Razr Mazz V6 and the speakers on that phone were much better and louder then the ones on this phone so I ended up buying that phone instead. The camera quality was also pretty good on the Razr Maxx V6 (not as good as the one of the K800i but definitely good for a cell phone). They would have earned my sell had they had better speakers on their phone that offered more volume for their customers.
