This phone is amazing... got it for only USD$100 the flash is a real + point. The M2 card is rather pricey though.. compared to the other mini SD cards around.

To "the judge",
i must really say that the k800 is a good phone.(i have 1 too)
But if you are comparing brands like SE, samsung, and Nokia...
you really dont know what you are talking about. you cannot say that Sony Ericsson is the leader of the whole buch. these 3 companies develope phones in different concepts.
they are good in what they are best at. if its music phones or camera phones, Sony Ericsson wins. (well mostly that is)
if its samsung then well its deffinately gona be a hell of a good looking phone with reasonable features.
And finally if its Nokia, they go all out to make the best there is- all round.
meaning aphone that has many many features..
you do have your own right for your opinion but i am just saying you are making a very bad one..

please i need help from you guys who are familiar with K800.. can i use the memory stick to save my text messages instead of using the phone memory? i have used a nokia non smart phone, 6233, and u cant save messages in the memory card, only in the lame 10MB phone memory.. and in 6233, if u recieve long text messages, it doesnt display everything, *some text missing*
please help =(

I recently got the k800i
and I'm having some trouble with sending and recieving mms..
I don't know how to set it up to t-mobiles.
if anyone can e-mail me/ help me it would be great THANK YOU in advanced :D

Hi, I personaly own SE K800i and Nokia N73, so for the first two days I used to preffer the SE phone - but: it has week battery(lasts 4-5 days), smaller screen, no interesting softeare, expensive memory card .... etc. The only advantage is that it is lighter. .... So the right choice between these phones i sdefinetly the N73.
Ah yes I almost forgot - the joystick of the SE sux.

Hey Guyz....
i just only bought the SE K800i few days ago and for your infomation guyz tat phone is really superb,with it's camera 3.2MP it does wonders.can say tat it is the clearest and also best pictures can be produce by none other phones such as NOKIA or SAMSUNG.I'm not discriminating other phone model but it is the truth and if u don't believe than u guyz can try it yourself.I've tried to take pictures in a pitch black environment where i can't see anything but the picture i've take shows me everything and tats damn true for sure,try it urself to the people who are having K800i.For the sound vice it's not to bad although it's not like the WALKMAN phones but for a K' series it much more better.For the price i've bought (RM 1280)it's much worth than tat and also to the guyz outhere who really looking forward to get this phone u've made a right choice,go and try to see the phones fuctions at the nearby phone shops.Last words from me.....MONEY WORTH BUYING;P

I am one of the few lucky people capable of affording such a masterpiece from Sony Ericsson, and I am here to tell you some things about this phone:
1) The camera is incredibly amazing! 3.2 MegaPixels it is, after all! The Cybershot feature is terrific, and the BestPic is very useful for great pictures.
2) The sound quality is also great, and it is true that, because this phone has a very lasting battery, I use it as a Walkman. I have 704 MegaBytes in Mp3 and Mp4 and I listen to them with the Music feature in the menu. IT IS GREAT!
3) The Video-Call is very very very very nice!
4)The screen is BIG and has an incredible resolution, making your pictures lovely-looking.
5) And here we go, the joystic matter. Im telling you, this joystic is different from the older ones used in the older S.E phones. It is very reliable and dust can't get in it to destroy it.
SONY ERICSSON, YOUR WORK ON THIS PHONE IS INCREDIBLE, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

People I just wanna one thing about this phone Can you rely on that phone as Your Mp3 player Or is the sound quality of it very bad that you should not use it as your Mp3 player and does that sound quality is such a bad that you leave th 3.2 lens of it to have the w850 with great mp3 player PLEASE HELP !!!
