What attracts me to this phone is the real flash instead of LED. One problem I notice is that if you have over 60 photos, and you browsing one by one.. at one point in time the screen will go blank all the way. if you continue browsing.. it will reboot!!
Who knows what is the problem? Can Sony update solve this? Damn is a new phone and not good for the company image

yeah, kinda notice that speaker volume is quite low... i compared it to my friends w550 and man, full volume of k800 is just almost half of w550... considering w550 has stereo speakers ( on speaker on the back and one on the side ) but to test the highest performance of the k800 speakers, try changing ur ringtone to a mp3/mp4 music then try to adjust the volume to the highest and listen to the sound, youll notice that the speakers are a bit loud too... so it seems that its really with the volume control...
also tried the earphones of k800 to w550 and they can even go to the highest volume without cracking... then tried the walkman earphones to the k800 - the volume is low compared when the earphones was plugged to w550 - man it really is the volume control...
so i hope with the coming FW, whis will be adjusted... hope that Video quality too will be taken care of...

hi to se lovers, i hav been using se since the era of T-series and now the K-series. Juz got my k800 3 weeks ago, yes it is the best se phone yet, though i totally agree that it is a bit oversize (shouldn't be more than 100g). But its battery life really isn't up to my expectation! even my former k750 and k700 last much longer. What do u guys think? And yes, they hav mentioned this, the sound quality also below my expectation. Full volume(8) on the k800 is the same as volume(5) on my k750. Sucks right? Please comment guys...

I only received MMS whith images short 1cm x 1cm. Original it is 25 kb bat I received 5 kb.

I like nokia phones earlier but when i use k 800 i like the way of design,picture quality as it has 3.15 mp camera,its 3G feature is also beneficial.i like all feature of K 800.

hi i hav used the sony w550 fone n it was a good experience wid sony fones ,but presently i hav nokia fones only i.e n70 & 6630 , i want to hav a sony fone again ,i hav craze for this fone is it worth it or wld w850i be good .pls reply....

Yess it does play videos in full screen and the quality is superb, but there r some blocks which often comes on the screen while playing vdos its firmware fault i wonder when the new FW is releasing. However i convert files to 3gp through mpegable x 4 live very brilliant quality m happy wid it :-)

GOt this phone yesterday
-very good in photography, excellent.All my strong desires for good photos is easily fulfilled with this phone
- good all-round properties.
-cheapest 3.2 mp and good allrounder phone and yet one of the best around the market.
however
-I dislike the design, bulky and long which i would prefer samsungs's slider phone.
-photography lacks miscellenous stuffs like samsung have sketching mode and those coulour stuff, this doesn't have. Also can't turn ooff shutter sound.
-keyboard rubbery and the joybad is small and pricks my hand.
But, help! i can't use instant messanging, Why? Also I'm with 3 mobile!

to the guy who has joystick problem,. i've already forgotten my problem about my joystick, K800 is really good in improving joystick, the whole joystick inside is sealed, don't know why you have problems:(, though try rotating the joystick circular for many times but not very hard to remove the dust, and it will be back to normal as this was the best solution for K750's problem...

man this phone is alright joystick gets stuck once in a while the camera cover slide goes down once it enters my pocket the camera isn't all that good sort of similar to the w900i

brilliant phone for a few weeks then the problems start flash is more tempermental than a footballers wife and the joy stick has broke go for the w850i or n80

got the phone 3 days ago.can pretty say that
the camera and flash is excellent.no other camera phone able to beat k800i.play well with mp4 file and 3gp.mp3 is great but radio
still need to improve.
