Returned mine to Vodafone today. Speaker volume is quite low. Also battery life seems poor. After charging overnight, the battery level dropped from 100% to 81% in 11 hours. This was with minimal use - just two short phone calls.
When using features such as camera, mp3 player, radio or wap, battery drains very quickly.

The K800i joystick is not a dust free one an Sony Ericsson have just released the W810i with a joystick everyone wanted to see on the K800i,an the video quality is not very good at all ,the back slide part for the camera can easily be slided down while in someones pocket an turn the camera on an you won"t even know until you take the phone out off your pocket,there should a been a auto lock button to make sure this does not happen,the design looks like 2 phones in one .the bottom part looks like the K750 an the top looks like just a longer screen added to it.o.k the cameras superb but lets see in a couple of weeks or months to see how good an reliable the joystick is,i didn"nt want to wait so i am send my K800i back

its actually £189.99 to upgrade on o2 on all tarriffs depending on an extreme 6 month past spend then its possibly free

finally got mine today after a nightmare with o2 but was worth the wait!!!

price is around 500 usd. The phoen is superb. I got one.. ANd the 1 gb memory cost arounf 80 usd

Does anyone know if you can use your inclusive free texts as video messages or does it add it on your bill as extra's????
Is a pic/message = 3 txts?... and a video/message = 5 txts? everyone i ask gives me a different answer!!! on Vodafone.

Mines on Vodafone!.. it doesn't come with any memory card, on o2 i don't think it does but not 100% sure. There was around 60 meg of internal free space on mine.

i am so so angry, ordered thursday got sent to dhl friday and just had a card through door this morning from dhl saying failed delivery!!! ive been in all morning waiting they never even rang the bell im so so mad

Phone has just arrived, just recharging it now, first impressions r very good. the build and look of the phone is excellant! keypad feels nice too.
For anyone who ordered from O2, i ordered this phone on thursday and it did arrive within the two days that i was told it would arrive within. hope this gives you faith in o2.

Things I like on K800i
(note: Im using a prototype unit)
The camera is great with an additional xenon flash that really helps a lot at night usually in a bar or in party. The LED photolight of other camphones is way behind the xenon flash.
Added bonus are 3G capable, excellent music player, 64mb internal memory (1Gb Micro Memory stick cost me about 80USD)
So, if you frequently take pictures in places with low light conditions then absolutely go for the k800. Even the n93 can't beat the flash of k800 as n93 only uses LED photolight.

waaaa i wish a flip phone with the cyber shot brand would be produce! that is the same size like sh903! and rotating LCD! ooo pls! I beg U se to just copy sh903 or 902! then u'll sure beat nokia with those flip phones! hahaha

Original date for t-mobile was 1st july but they quotin beginning of the month now no specific date. They will probably end up putting it back loads like they usually do!
