ive look this k800 in depok mall at SE exibition, honestly, i really dissapoint about the design, k750 look much better, but, ibelieve, this k800 have something to beat all their competitor, like trium etc2 hihihi..

The shape has been taken from the Nokia 3230i, but then again if U go to see Nokia, feel so threatened, by SE at tht moment that they have gone and released the N73, which is based in similar lines.....

Why is it being compared to the N93? If U look a little lower you will find a copy of it called N73. It has everything that this phone has, and does the same too. Does this mean that the new SE's offerings are way better that the rivals they go up against?

i would go for k800 rather than nokia n93, because n93 will be release at least one year later than k800, by the time n93 released, SE will have another newer and more advance model available in the ,arket

I just read the 3 mpx camera review. This device truly is a great camera-phone, even in it´s beta firmware. But the N80 was a positive surprise too, it was better in video capture and was better than the K750i even though it lacks auto-focus...

Once the price of SE K800 is announced everyone will know what to choose. If its price ranges between 500-650 US dollars, consumers will accept the difference in the features with respect to other mobile phones (especially Nokia), since UPnP WLAN and high resolution video camera won't be that of importance to a great deal of people. Otherwise Nokia will be a better bargain.

Hmm.. 1st, Nokia design is reali bad.. Believe it or not.. Accept the facts or not..
Tat not my problem.. They got good function.. But they dun have design..
They can be better in fucntion and such..
But i believe more ppl go fer "STYLE" wid multi-pack function..
Seriously let compare the phone that have been release now..
Would ya buy N90 or W800i??
N90 is lik twice the size of a w800i..
W800i aim at the age range of teenage who are into MP3 and "STYLE"..
N90 aim at ppl who lik to tok into a "BRICK"??
If ya ppl notice.. SE produce Hp wid a aim..
However i have to agree tat SE and NK produce a lot of similar handset..
I dint say it is bad to have a wider choice..
Wont ya be angry wid ya change to "A" and later a few weeks later "B" come out wid the same function + Additional function.. And look nicer and around same prices??
Example will be..
Nk6681.. NK6680..
SE k750i.. w800i..

yes, I think that the main competitor for the K800 will now be the N93 (or N73) because of the more advanced camera system (auto-focus, carl zeiss lens). The N80´s camera does not have these features so camera-wise, it´s only a minor competitor of the K800. Otherwise the N80 is as "strong" as the N93.

yo duds... stop fighting on what phone is better... i use a 6630 and a 1101 and i wish to buy a w800i just because i like how it plays mp3's so i think that this is a problem of taste and not of which is the best... try tothink a little and only then start writing... peace to the world!

did u guys find memory stick macro is hard to find in market now, unless u buy directly from SE site..
btw, official SE site don't have K790. . . unless they think K800 and K790 are both 'similar' so don't have to make a redundant site...
but K790 has a 2nd video cam above the display and K800 don't?

i seriously wish SE phones could add support for wma files. but this is just a personal preference because i happen to use windows media player and hav lots of wma files so if the phone can support it then i dont need to spend time converting them to m4a or something.. and pls, wma is not crap, even though it may not win aac in general, it has the ability to sound decent at low bit rates, so it is really also a gd portable music format.

As for the DVD quality fone N93, here's a news flash, it plays back in DVD quality for those files which you store in the phone but for what you record is done in VGA mode at 30 fps ... so bummer phone ... And toooooo Big for the likes of me, show it to a girl and man would she run away ... plus the optic lens isn't even covered as with SE they are, so dumbfounded Nokia, and knowing Nokia, price will be high and lenses will get scratched ... sheesh what a bunch of mowrons, look at SE, ... atleast they do there homework rite... and that's what counts in the end ... Laterz !!!
