Hello Sheharyar,
The possible cause might be that you have NOT SUBSCRIBED to Internet Services from your Mobile Operator. Can you see the BLUE Triangle at the top of Network signal indicator ? Remove SIM and start after some time. Can you see the Blue Triangle ?
If answer is NO then Call Customer care of your Mobile Operator and ask them to activate. They may charge you for this. Ask them to send SETTINGS.
If you Can see the Triangle then you just have to Order Internet Settings from your Mobile Operator or go here :-

( SOFTWARE AND SETUP SECTION at Sony Ericsson Website. Select WAP Settings. Fill the form and settings will reach to you. If there are More then One settings then call your customer care to know which settings should be selected or alternatively try one by one. Do not use MMS settings to surf net.
Still if you get the same message that means you have to visit your Mobile Operator company. Tel them to activate it.

I had before sony ericcson K800i and now i changed it to K810i but i found that the quakity of the old one is better, why? eveb both are 3.2 mp
and when i open the camera for K810 and move my hand to take foto, i find it slow, not the same like the old one
So my opinion that the quality of K800 is total better than K810.

i have problem that i canot conect with internet.
when i try to conect internet , conecting fail and there is massage that check seting???

If you don't want to use Red Eye Reduction while taking pictures then later you can fix it by Photo DJ (TM).

Haroon both W810i and K810i have expertise in different area. If Walkman is Best in Sound than Cyber-shot is best in Camera. There are some new advancements and supports from K800i onward like Sony Ericsson GPS Enabler support. W810i is not supported by GPS Enabler HGE 100. Please compare the features. Ofcourse W810i is beautiful phone and sound is impressive too. W810i has Walkman Player Version 1.0 ( Current Version is 3.0) Walkman Version 1.0 player is available in K810i also. One thing i must say that if you are buying K series then don't expect it to be as best as walkman in sound department and vice versa in case of W-series. Anyway I love K810i. it's 3G phone while W810i has only EDGE. Well choice is yours. Both phones are best.

great phone. the battery life could be better though but i guess thats expected from having a large lcd screen along with the camera features.

i've not yet decided whether to buy the k800 or the k810i... but most probably i'm going to get this one.. in the phone's specs, it is stated there that the phone is compatible with bluetooth earphones.. i just want ask if the motorola S9 or HT820 will work with it.. can someone pls answer this..thanks

Awhile back I asked if there was any software for the phone that could save sms messages in a text file that I could then send to my computer, and someone recommended MyPhoneExplorer. It sounds like a great program but I use a MAC computer both at home and at work. is there anything similar to it for a mac?
