I got this phone today, and it's the best. I dont understand how i lived this long without a phone like this. Im a K series fan and this phone is the cooooooooliest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m using K700i during more than three years. It’s really good and sound quality is really well. I need to buy a new phone. I’m planning to go to K850 or W960. Please help me.
1. Is K850 camera is good?
2. Is K850 sounds good?
3. Is K850 better than W960 among the price

my phone got hanged is there any one who sould help me to restore my fone like i tried formating it but still its hang can i have its software from any where n can i install it through usb ?? please help me i lobe my fone will die with out it :(

K550i became w610i, 21 Aug 2008@dani and direwolf_65 do you modded your SE phones? Like ch... moreNo, I don't. The only thing I do is download themes for my phones. Every Sony I have ever had works great, and have had no reason to do that. Besides, it would be my luck that I would 'brick' the phone if I tried to.

i have a problem with k850
sometimes when i go to media, the phone just switches off and then switches it self on again. and after that it works just fine!
i installed the latest software but it happened again.
does anybody have the same problem?
please somebody answer!!!

Allan, 21 Aug 2008K850 looks cheap and the keypad sucks, it's no good for tex... morenokia phones look good? do they? they all look the same! lolz.. nokia phones really looks cheap and feels plasticky especially the n82. when you try to squeeze the phone, you can feel that it's not well-built unlike the k850i.
the keypad is made this way to totally separate the numbers. it's ergonomics. once you've get used to this kind of keypad, you will definitely love it. SE is so innovative.
look at N82's keypad.you'll see the resemblance of which to the k550i! nokia's great in copying.. a second-rate copy cat. lolz.

Cool phone, is the keypad difficult to use for texting?? I'm used to Nokia phones, will i have a hard time using this k850 phone? and one thing that bothers me is the headphone port is it reliable? will this phone last for 2-3years?

The K850i looks good and solid and feels solid. And as far as texting, the K850i or SE has far better texting options. Thanx, eddie
