It's the best fone made by sonyE.Only if they could put more internal-memory on the fone it would be more intresting.but it`s ok i still love it.

i can see your point lenin but the thing is, most people buy these phones on a contract and get either the N series phones or the K850 free anyway, so people dont want to me carrying around accessories.
the fact is the N95 and the N82 etc are all in one, and everything it does it does very well.
also the video smoothness comment is a load of rubbish. its 30 fps, just the like the N95 & N82, excpet of course the quality of the video recording on the N82 and n95 is 4x better. And actually they dont look bad on the computer at all!

no gps - For an extra cost, you may add it if its that important for you and the quality of the receptor, is much better than Nokia's build in, not to mention that K850+GPS is cheaper than N82 or N95

no accelerometer for all apps - what r u talking about? Its not K850's fault anyway, its the application's fault, the hardware supports them and its only a matter of time, for more apps to appear...
no vga@30fps - True, however this phone has only QVGA display and doesnt need anymore,does any Nokia phone has VGA display??
On PC everything else looks bad anyway, thankfully K850 has one of the smoothest videos of the market!
no voip support - There are 3 java applications able to do that!
no doc viewer - there are tons of Java applications able to do that!
no visual radio - get your facts right! K850 has RDS
no support for 3rd party apps except java apps - Do you have any idea what r u mambling about?? Java is an open source programming language , there are tons of companies and 3rd parties able to produce java applications, its perfectly legal even for you to create one!!
average performance of 5mp cam - but top performance of sound quality and still beats 99% of the market in terms of camera performance
smaller display - but much more crispier and with a the best pixel/cm ratio = best quality.
Plus it also helps the phone remain compact and being MOBILE, unlike bricks, like N82 and N95...
keypad layout not friendly - at start, but you soon get used to it
.............the list goes on
Not really, thats the worst you can do and repeat the same things all over again and again...

and addition is it has accelerometer.
Well, correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the auto rotate function is due to K850s accelerometer.

Yes. I see your point. ^_^ Somehow yes its old. the only new thing is, it now has three softkeys and the multimedia section.
So, to kill the boring UI (as you find it), the theme creator is there. That is one of the reasons I like SE. I can place my own image on the background, or copy the UI image of Windows XP, or Linux etc.
I can even change the highlight bars with images. you can even change the "box" behind a selected Icon.
it supports animated wallpapers and flash files for screensavers. I have a screensaver that changes screen everytime I wave my phone.
But I think Nokia has that too but in a different level I guess. So, my preferences are in SE anyway.
Well vj1k,
The media player has these revolving orbs while browsing but the music player removes the orbs. the visualization for music player is exclusive for W series SE phones.

the k750 is really superb. no doubts about that. what i meant was there is not much difference in the user interface till now. one u use different models of SE u get bored due to the same UI.

I think the K750 is a legend. I believe it is because of that phone that the megapixel war started.
^_^ No offense, but the k750 is a very very good phone, especially its brother and predecessor, W800 and W810.
I had k750 that served me well for 2 years!
Maybe its because that the K850 has new A200 format, that's why perfection wasn't easy on SE.

i got both n82 and k850i so i know when i say which got better dough than the other...
sure k850i has got some good stuff...i dont hate it that much,(especially now that i've seen what a failure w960i is compared to k850i, i was thinkin of getting w960i, but after playing with it for half an hour, man! i'd live with k850i, no sweat...k850i next to my n82, its a rather well tailored phone...just dont even begin comparing the two...coz that's where everything begins to disconnect...no point of comparison here...

good phone... SE made now a fone with a micro sd card slot and M2 slot... gosh!!! grrreat fone!!! with 5 mp cam... so good... SE is the best!!!haha...
