Samsung G800 is a Samsung. No Samsung is better than Sony Ericsson.
Secondly, the G800 doesn't have HSDPA. Only UMTS... the G800 is too little too late.

Does anyone know if this phone will do picture messaging and text messaging on the AT&T network? I know the Motorola rizr could do text messaging but couldnt send or recieve picture messages.

What I understand it can hold 32GB or even 64GB. But these cards are not available yet... :-P And it should also be able to work with M2 and MicroSD at the same time. So what I'm planning to do is use the included 512MB card for photos, and I'll buy a 8GB card for music!
About which of the cards is faster, I don't know. But I don't think there be a noticable difference...

Quick question to all you mobile qenius's out there....
Which memory type is better (i.e faster access time, load time etc) between Sony's M2 and Micro SD?
Wantin to pick up some memory for my K850 which should be arrivin monday from O2..
Also, any ideas how much it'll hold? I heard 8gb but just wanna make sure before i buy!!!

k800i is far better value now at £100 than the soon to be release k850i.

This phone would have been great if two things were added:
WiFi like in Sony Ericsson W960
VGA video recording quality
Then it would be surely the best!
16 million color screen isn't that important when you consider the battery life of this phone in comparison to the average Nokia phone!

Samsung have great mobiles, however i don't like slide mobiles... i prefer it! A commom mobile!

nokia still wins in camera department.. but k850i wins when it comes to macro & night scene. anyway, i'm more interested now with the samsung G800, it has 3x optical zoom and 'looks way nicer than k850 & n95.
