nokia still wins in camera department.. but k850i wins when it comes to macro & night scene. anyway, i'm more interested now with the samsung G800, it has 3x optical zoom and 'looks way nicer than k850 & n95.

2 Great 5MP cell phone: SE K850 and Samsung G800...the Samsung will have 5 megapixel camera with 3X optical zoom and Xenon flash and 2.4inch screen.
Don't know which one i will buy?

I don't see any G800? Of do you mean G600?
No matter what, I'll never get anything of Samsung. I always go for Japanse quality instead of cheap Korean mass production... In terms of electronics:
1) Japan
2) Europe
3) USA
In terms of speakers:
1) USA
2) Europe
3) Japan
But I'm talking very general now, this is about the SE K850i! And I'll get it as soon as possible!!!

the themes that they have put up online (in fun&downloads) are absolutely "TRASHY".very disappointed that i spend money downloading them.Can someone please tell if the themes in the actual phones k850 and w910 are better?
ps:i am not a nokia fan,i own k800 and have always had SE phones :)

That's not true my K850 is coming tomorrow. It says "up to 10 days" on the website. Also In my town the O2 store and carphone warehoue ect have to wait 2 weeks for a delivery according to the o2 employee I ordered my one from.

got my k850 today, very impressive phone camera take great photos, screen is nice and bright considering its only 262k. speakers is very loud to, only problem i have at the mo is getting used to the awkward keypad

Also note that it's internal memory is a compact flash card, a card that uses up to 8 times more energy to access then an SD card even. As well, it incorperates a higher processor, which renders it's battery, JUST AS short lived as the N95-1.

True, I'm not going to complain about any video recording on this phone. No matter if the N95 has VGA, and people will say that's DVD, that's the lowest form of DVD recording anyway.
With what insolent technology we have in the cellphone, it's main and fully capable uses/features are more important then ones that aren't complete.

Have got my spys out and have learnt some intresting info. Firstly the phone has technically not been released in the uk as of yet, but can be ordered via o2 direct. Only thing is u have to wait 10 days to be delivered. Its offical date is friday.
Also Carphone warehouse have an exclusive on the black and green one so if you want that 1 it will be availble on o2, free on £35 pm tarrif. £80 for hand set on £30 pm and £120 on £25 pm. They are set to be selling it on friday and it will probs be quicker than ordering it form o2 direct as cpw have next day delivery.

Whatever you say about the N95... It's too big, poor battery life, poor build quality, and prizy. And those things are the most important since I use a phone intensively every day for 2 years.
So, the K850i is perfect for me, and I'll get it without any doubt!

I think on the counts you mentioned, the N95 8GB is clearly superior. The 16mn color screen is 2.8 inches versus 2.2 on the K850. While this does put strain on the battery, dont forge the N95 has a bigger battery, 1200 maH versus 930 maH on the KE850.
Also as you clearly pointed out N95 records video at 30 fps which is better.
feature wise the N95 8GB is clearly in the lead, but I think the K850 probably wins out in terms of overall size and possibly the price point which will be cheaper.

Nope, I don't have the K850, but as long as the N95 is still getting bad reviews, this K850 is still good until there are real case reviews on final products. btw, it's heavier, because they use a thicker plastic, AND there's glass on it, duh

Again, I could care less about SE, I love the new RAZR2 and MaxxV6.
But this phone, is perfect for me. What might seem tricky to you users, might just be something that I can get over myself.

Hey SE, the k850 is a really good phone, it has a superb design and feature set, an all the essentials, but the thing is it lacks the Wow! factor that the k750 with it's auto focus camera and superb functionality that stood out at that time. Thats the problem when you have launch a flagship, it has to be two words, BLOODY OUTSTANDING. Looking forward to a better show boys, all the best. Se rocks!
