SE stores are telling release on 17th Dec...flipkart also showing it's coming soon so shipping has been started for sure. But price is higher than expected. I cant spend more than 12.5k rs on it :(

Before the Live with Walkman I previously purchased an Xperia Mini ST15i and it's much vaunted "Bravia Mobile engine". The best thing in sliced bread you may think, and yes it's screen does look pretty. Problem is, the phone itself had a serious factory defect. It either overheated quickly leading to all sorts of touch screen errors, or it simply shut down by itself for no apparent reason. I had two Xperia Mini replacements and both were plagued with these problems. I simply gave up on the ST15i and had it replaced with the LwW WT19i.
The LwW doesn't overheat, the touch screen doesn't malfunction, and it never involuntarily shuts down. Oh and by the way, the LCD isn't really that bad either. Saying it's "the worst" is just plain inaccurate and misleading. IMO, the difference is negligible.
You want a better screen? Then by all means get an Xperia Mini ST15i. The screen does look nice... if you can get it to work. Don't believe me? Google "ST15i problems".

AnonD-31343, 13 Dec 2011hi LwW user, pls tell us, how is the display of the phone,... moreIt is the worst comparing to almost all the other Sony Ericsson Smart-phones ( meaning if this is your first time in smart-phones you will not notice the difference that much ), i still had my old Xperia X8 and they say in the specs that both devises use the same TFT but they are not, the Xperia x8 display is much way better, i think Sony Ericsson lied to us when they say they have the same display, Sony Ericsson used a cheap display in the Live with Walkman that is what i can say, ( On the other hand except this point the phone really perform well, this one could have been "The King Of The Midrange" shame on SE, i don't know why they keep doing this to us even we are supporting them all that time

i see that the model tested is W19 but the model i want to buy is a W13 model. i just wanna is there some differences and what are they? Thanks

The default camera app compresses the photo quality and size....

im thinking about having my xperia mini swapped for SE Live because my boyfriend wants to Skype video call often and the mini doesn't have a front camera. Is it worth it?

Since you said that it has worst screen contrast, well it helps me to decide to chose xperia mini or neo V. I also read a review on this phone commenting on the screen resolution of the phone that it looks a little bit pixelated.

i got this phone 2 days ago, the worst screen in contrast ever, try to change to the black theme and u will see, i hope some one could find a fix for that, coz the rest of the phone really is very good except that kill point
