why is sony ericsson made in china? before i had my p990i its made in france now im looking for P1 with the same made but all in china...is it still original/& of quality?

Hi!
I bought my P1 for 4 months ago, but I somehow cannot synchronize anything. After I start the PC Suite, and select "synchronize now" it initiate the synchronization but soon after I am receiving the following error message
"Runtime error!
Program:...File\Sony Ericsson\Mobile4\Sync Manager\dxp syncml.exe"
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information."
Can someone help me thanks a lot in advance...

The P1i is a great phone. Countless functions, easy to get around, good bat life, Vol. quality is a little low, Internet is great if you have 3g. Perfect combo for fun and business. Looks great and light too.

I got my SE P1i just under a month now, and it's really a great phone if your the type of person that constantly need your mobile beside you. PDA function is superb as well. As a music device, it won't disappoint. The SE P1i provides you with crystal clear calls and navigating through the menu is a breeze.
However, this is not something you'd go for it you're looking for a good camera phone. Pictures taken from this phone comes out either dull or over-exposed. Nevermind using the flash since you'll just end up having a bluish tint to your picture, especially indoors.

How did you get the walkman player on ur phone, i gotta have it too? Does it work fine and is it a application or does it overwrite teh normal(boring) media player????

I can't see about its speed at specification , What is the Proccessor P1 and how it's speed ? and compare with O2 XDA Atom Life ?

Am thinking about getting this handset, anyone know if it can be used on the UK '3' Network? if so are there any problems?

Hey there guys,
I am due for an upgrade and have been contemplating between the HTC S710 and the SE P1i. I stumbled across the Nokia N82 a few minutes ago and the reviews so far seem to be good. I like the funcionality of the SE P1i but to be honest SE is butt ugly!!!
If some one could convince me of the better phone I would appreciate it!

I get one just few week ago,but some problem
with recent call menu,if tap caller(incoming or outgoing)suddenly device restart all time.
Any one get problem as mine?

vj1k - you can't. Names for content never gets translated when the phone language is changed, and for some reason all names has to be in chinese for phones sold there - it has something to do with chinese legislation. Sorry!
