Anonymous, 01 Dec 2010How bout the box? other accessories? manual?i also sell my p1i for Php 4500. 90% smooth and no hidden defects only comes with charger,stylus, 1g mc and usb cord.
It's just that the transparent cover of the flash was taken off because the light bounces into it.

Ya dude u can restore ur p.b in p series phone or any other vcf reader comptble handset.
I also lost my phone ( software crash )
I realy misssssssssssssssssssssss my lovely phone.
I have 2 communicated mobile phone but no one can compare with the p1i.

Hello all!
I lost my dear P1i just a month back and I am very curious about one thing:
I have made backup with the PC Suite's Backup Manager application of all my contacts and notes but what I am wondering, can I restore this backup to OLDER models of P series(P900 which I also still have) or some NEWER models, other series phones? Or can I just export my backup information and somehow browse those names and notes WITHOUT restoring them into a phone - just check them out with some sort of a program with PC or Mac? It's just that, I am on stage of buying a new phone just because I need those numbers and notes out from the backup.

I love this phone so much, but anytime i try upgrading it it's still no new software available. Is there any other means of doing this. I NEED TO UPGRADE IT. Pls help me.

The best during it's time and the height of SE legendary P series.
Right now, I've got 1 with 2 languages but selected "english" as default. However, word suggestions are comnig up either in english or chinese whenever I use the handwriting function.
I tried the setting already and turned off suggested words but it still shows up. Qwerty texting is fine though, any suggestions on what to do?

YO! Does anyone know if Sony Ericsson have cancelled the P-series for good? Most recent release of this (P1) was in 2007. Time´s ticking... (Observation mark; Aspen, X1 & X2 is not in the P-series.)

after using this phone for 3yrs, all i can say was very reliable customizable phone, my p1 now was like a cybershot walkman, after a few modification, my p1 camera can now records in 30fps mp4 format, compared to the 15fps it can shoot photos comparable to k810i and k850i video recording, and i have walkman menu like w960, it is a very good upgradable sturdy phone, sweeet!

i encountered the same problem. the problem there is the Phone Program. you should bring it to the phone repair shop :) my phone now is OK :)
