Hi All Lucky Users of P1!!!
Hello! Could anybody please answer my question regarding P1?
1. Does P1 has option of call recording?
I mean can we record the conversation
Durring Call)?
2. Can we Find Contacts by Phone number?
I mean that as usual we find a contact
by a Name, but in P1 can we find a contact
by a related phone number?. As P910 has
this supurb option.

how am i supposed to adjuest its wireless connection to connect to any wifi around me.. and what is this issue about listeneing to not more than 3 or 4 mins to its radio

I have one question. When you transfer music to this phone, does it require a special software or you can just drag and drop songs into your memory card and use it like that

Hello all. Is there a way or an application that can allow me to text the old way (using only the number pad where each number corresponded to 3 or 4 letters)? I was wondering if i can text the old way before i master this new kind of texting. thanks!

Oh my God!!! My ActiveSync Works! Now I'll be prompted by my phone evrytime i got email from our corporate email. Hassle free.
This phone is awesome!!!
The keyboard is pretty interesting. Phonebook works well too!

Dear All,
I had the P1i for a Week and it didn't look smart to me at all specially in the managing contact part and Sync with Outlook that it:
- didn't read category from Outlook so I have to separate more than 500 contact again into groups or folders.
- I don't know what is the benefit of groups or folder that I can't assign them a ring tone, is the guys at SE believe that I will assign 10 tones to over than 500 contact individually.
- One hand text input is a torture, even to make a single call with a selection from +500 contact without grouping is a complete miss.
- The Led light is useless for more than 1.5 meter.
- Lake of HSDPA latest tech.
- No profile setting.
Although it has a good sound, shoots in the day light is good too, battery life is fine.
Hope if anybody has an answer to any of my remarks just shoot in the forum or send me E-Mail.

hi guys im having a lil problem with my music player and radio when i put on my headsets and listen to my radio for about 4 minutes it cuts off is that suppose to happen or do i have adjust some setting for that to stop

The phone doesn't support login authentication.
Do somebody know how to solve this problem?.. I configured WLAN settings and my phone was successfully connected.. But browsing to the internet it requires login authentication (that was not supported).
ActiveSync was also set-up but it wasn't able to retrieve email from corporate server.

gwen,if u use wifi at home or office,for sure its free to browse the web..only GPRS or 3G will be charged.i av no problem using wifi at home.u av to scan available wifi spots b4 connect to it

got dis fon 6 days ago..i ws really amazed about its features..at first, i was hesitant to buy dis fon because it is only 3.2mp while n95 5mp,but after buying p1,,i was surprised on the camera..its really clear because it has 2LED flashes.great sound quality..i was just disappointed on the video but its just ok..i used in typing the QWERTY keypads and well,not quite hard.WLAN connection is also a problem.cant find sgnal..i wish wi-fi connection would be free in charge especially here in the phil..because when i tried connecting in the internet,really needs lots of load..as a smartphone,i think this is the better than n95..p1i really rocks!!!i love it!

To Jam
Just press the BACK key on the left side of the phone for a few seconds to unlock it. You can also lock the phone that way.
Alternatively, you can switch off the auto keylock function if you like.

i want to know whether this phone has flash on its 3.2 autofocus camera? is the camera is as good as sony erricsson cybershot phone?

my p1 is having problem when turn to camera and after auto lock unable to unlock as the unlock is not visible and the push button not working to unlock. it is also happens when the browser is selected to landscape. Can anyone assists me to solve this problem.

P1 is a great phone. much better than P990. I struggled with sync to Outlook 2007. But, after reparing Office 2007, it works fine. Now struggling with GPS. Any suggestions? Thanks
