Hey guys.idont know y some of u keep writing comments just like bigots!?this phone is excellent.the battery life is decent.the display doesnt die in the sun.the camera works good.u can use its music applications simply,the display is so sensitive to touch,it IS the right choice for many of u guys.if u wanna invest on it go read some reviews writen by experts.the phone is EXcellent.9.5 outa 10...

this is not a phone :D it is THE phone. best mobile phone i have used. perfect all i have to do is buy a 4gb m2 card.

Hi guys! I have a question : Has the P1i a GPS reciever in the box? Is this depending on the market? I heared that in some boxes of P1i there is a GPS reciever,and if so, is this true?.( FOR P1i USERS) TNX!!

Well, to be honest with everyone here.. this is the best phone that SE came out in years.
The best part about the phone is the RAM. Perfect upgrade compared to its predecessors. Not forgetting the battery life. It is splendid as compared to the Nokia N95.
However, we all know that phones have their own disdavantages. This phone has a ridiculous keyboard. That can be overcome in a matter of months (but still quite hard to master).
Overall, it is a genuine phone for everyone. Obviously it's camera functions are not as good as the k810i, but at least it can take a pleasant photo..enough to satisfy its users.
It is a recommended buy. With multitasking and awesome battery life, you will produce more 'output' that 'input' as compared to the N95. N95 battery life is just not up to standard (but function-wise is better than p1i)

y gt some say p1i is good,some say bad,donno which one is true,today i go my fren shop to test the p1i,it is reli excellent,easy to use and etc,so tomolo i will go for buy it...

hey guys,
iv talk to an SE shop manager, i told them yhy is their p1i so expensive compared to the p1i sold in other non SE phone shop, he said its becos its a real sony ericsson product, and alot of the negative complains about this Hp is the ones that being sold to non SE shop. he said alot of fake phones not approved by SE was being sold to other shops that is why other users has a problem with their p1i....
so bottom line is buy to Sony ericsson stores, its the real SE phones approved by SE... mine is 3 months old and its very good.

N95 just lie in our house. It can't keep up to my usage. And I can't stand bringing spare batteries and have a dead phone on emergencies. My P1i stays 3days to me. Whats the use of so poorly powered, supercompressed 5meg, gps expense, short minutes of wireless, loose slider and so expensive brick when you can get a feature packed, well built, budget friendly p1i? P1i over N95 anytime too.

my n95's battery dies in 4 hours of using it, im returning this garbage. the P1i i have used for a month now and i must say i have no regrets. the tomtom app makes up for the missing gprs, the P1i is better period. It is not so heafty, and it has it all. P1i over the n95 anyday.

multitasking with n95 is just flawless.i ran several appications on the background while surfing the net,its just keeps pushing to its limit.u wont regret buying this and infact im proud of having this to my possession.by the way,why do i have to return this?this is a gift to me..lol

if u analyze it,its safe that ur phone has a memory card/stick coz if ever something happens to ur phone and it needs reformating,all ur files will be gone.in the other hand, if u have a memory stik u can store all ur files safely.in terms of battery,n95 is not that bad,there are lots of tricks on how to prolong battery life.the previous battery is bl-5f and the latter is bl-6f.well check it out if we can interchange their batteries.well,i dont want to risk my money and important files in that 8gb phone...(yeah its ok if u back up files in ur pc and of corz u wud do that.) :) i can say that the materials used in n95 is in its finest class.finer than cristine reyes' skin. :)

xxx y would u buy a n95 when the n95 8gb is coming out soon and its way better than the n95??? n95 battery sucks, lags like crap, constructions sucks, and a plastic piece of toy...but the n95 8gb is wayyyy better!!!!! better screen, better battery and plus Ngage gaming!!!!!i think u should return it asap and get the n95 8gb u wun regret it!!!

Open the pic. Click on 'more'. there u will find an option. 'use as contact picture'. click onthat. Now click on the contact where u want 2 put that picture. it apppears on the big screen.wen u ring that or that person rings u

GUYS! read this...i was planning to buy p1i bcoz of the upgraded features compared to my p910,and of corz its stylish design is better.BUT when i tested it, the applications are kinda slow..im thinking how much more its wlan with 11 mbps only????? i ended up with N95..i tell u guys,its superb.from appearance to applications,i really salute this piece of art..an extra bucks when buying this will hurt,but you will be hurt most by not buying this.nasa huli ang pagsisisi....as ive said p1i is better,but i can say that n95 is the best.dont worry of the plastic housing, which i even sourgrape this last time ,they used the finest material for ur satisfaction.nokia has the right to make this phone extra expensive.
