to kent, when did you get the phone?is it already available in other places?when will it be available in ASIA?specifically in the Phil? oh, and i don't care about the keypads, had the m600 and they have the same keypad and with just half a day of use, i got used to it and typed messges pretty quick, so no worreis..

I don't know what's wrong with other people here but they keep on criticizing phones, why don't you just stop, i know your not sony ericsson fans that's why you want to pull it down, and by the way, this phone's great, i had the m600i,evn without the cam,i loved it, i didn't encounter any problems that other people said and getting the P900 for my 2nd phone, and i'm gonna love it too for sure, i don't know why other phones keep on breaking down but as for me, my phone works well, evn without the upgraded frmware..oh, and by the way, this phone's not crap, i like the design of this phone, just as the m600, and by the way the p1 has 166MB of flash memory and 128MB RAM, which is way different than that of p990 (which i really like too). and it has a 3 mpx cam which is pretty good, so if you have any problems with this phone, just back off and go back to your old forums, if you hate this phone, then don't post anything..it's just that simple..

I not know the exact word to discribe this phone or machine. It is just to much. Its features is too much to call a phone it is a hybrid machine

the features of this phone are very good. It has everyting!. The design is very nice, it's small and very thin for a PDA. The best part is the display(2.6in). We don't know how good is the keyboard because we haven't tried it before.

Man, this would be perfect... except for the FUGLY design and qwerty (spelled "crappy") keyboard!!! Sheeesh! Didn't they show this to a focus group or something before production? And you wonder why the bottom feeder rating....

SE should design p series like the p900, when you see the dimensions printed, you think its big but not when you handle it. I dont like the p990, rounded and big like a bar soap. Bring back the rectangular shape. Gud luck SE. Bring back the flip.

I am a P990i owner. The software on P1 is the same with p990i, but the P1 looks like crap, and the P990i looks far more advanced.

well. I don't see any different then P990, by the way, I hate my P990 it always turnoff by itself, The new SE P serial very disappoint me, I'm back on my old SE P910
