For those complaining about this phone lacking this and that, let's just look at it one by one.
Screen size is smaller than P990i for example, but that's due to the reduced size of the phone itself, if they gave it bigger screen and bigger case, then people will probably complain it being massive.
As for screen colour, to be honest 262k vs 16million seems a lot on paper, but in actual usage you won't notice much difference.
Now about camera, remember that this is more of a business phone, not a entertainment unit like the N series, perhaps you are better to compare it to E90 or E61i. No N series have a QWERTY keyboard or touch screen, hence E series will be a better comparison. If you look at it that way, then 3.2MP is more than enough as E90 "only" has 3.2MP as well.
Finally for those saying this phone is not as good as N73/N80/N93/N95 or whatever, please do remember that P1 and those N series each have their strength and weaknesses. None of the N series offers QWERTY keyboard or touch screen. How about RAM? With much more RAM, the initial demo seems to show this phone's menu being very fast. Now look at your N series phones, they are better than P990i in RAM and menu speed, but compared to this, looks like Nokia needs to add in more RAM.
Now before all the Nokia fanboys starts calling me a SE fanboy, i will like to let you guys know that i currently own a E65 and i love it.

Why don't you compare your N73 with K800i. K800 contains more phone, more camera, more fundamental daily features in less price, less virus, less space, less nervewrecking. So stop talking like your N73/N80 is great or something.

for all who aid that this phone is suitable to ordinary person and ohh they didn;t know that this phone price is high and ofcourse may be at the same price of n95 or e90 so why u took that while u an take n73 or n80 they got more features than it even they r older by may be 2 years and also their prices are lower than this one so please stop make that phone too great as it's normal to nokia and others so plesae use ur minds before talk

It got wifi which i crave since the day i buy m600. It got camera too to add its functionality. On the other hand it looks ugly (not that ugly, but not as pretty as i expected... some even says it looks like Spongebob wearing metallic helmet. lol), and thicker. SE doesn't even bother to upgrade it's processor.
Should i stay on my m600, or upgrade to this 'thing'? Or maybe i just look another way around to T650?

err.. this phone support TV streaming and video playback at the VGA res, so.. it actually aint that bad. not to mention to put a third party GPS is possible here (impossible to N95, so basically you can only have the preinstalled one). VOip iss supported too. 5MP camera aint that necessary right? c'mon, i'd rather to have a very very good 3MP camera than crappy 5MP camera. (if you want a digicam, get a real one man... there is no necessity to have such a huge crappy quality picture or well.. ok its not that crappy, mediocre one ok?). It is actually a very wise move to put only 3MP. (even with 3MP i still don't like it, coz no matter wat, it still doesnt look as good as the real digicam).

i have done a lot of research and have come to the conclusion that the nokia n95 is absolute rubbish compared to this great phone, n95 isnt even in the same league SE 1, nokia 0

this phone has one very key feature that NO nokia phone has....touchscreen.
i absolutely love my m600. The P1 adds wifi, camera, and more RAM - which are all welcomed features. The only thing that is missing, IMO, is a wider screen.
I also hope that they fixed the stylus silo....I have lost 5 pens in a year.

I was thinking about getting N95 untill I saw this one, I gonna try both in my hands and decide tho I'm leaning towards the P1
The features, the design and the size make it a nice phone for me, no GPS and 3.2mp camera compared to gps and 5mp of the n95 BUT it got radio and touchscreen and a much better form factor....
