i will just ask if anybody here encountered the same problem i have...
we all know that this phone(p1i) is a touchscreen,right?
but when i tap it using my finger or stylus,it's not working and not responding...
does anyone know hot to fix this kind of problem?
i've been using this phone for almost 1 year and 7 months..
or do i need to buy a new phone?
but i'm badly inlove with this phone...

I've been using my P1i for 6 months already. i still am not able to use any application or downlaod any themes/wallpapers/apps 'coz i dont know their usses.can you please email me the sites where i can find some info's/access to the applications and uses. i would greatly appreciate it. also, i dont use the blackberry application. do i really need it 'coz once i cant seem to get rid of it and it always pops up. it's quite annoying.another thing is that there are some video files that i cannot play. what type of files are accepted and are we able to play to this phone?

Just a question, anyone using this phone in Canada with Rogers or Fido? I don't have much knowledge on networks and stuff, but this should work in Canada, right? If so, will I get a good signal from a lot of places around Vancouver? I plan on using this phone with Rogers.

Muzzo, 15 Jul 2009I do understand what mester reset means and i use to do it,... more I love SE phones too, the P1 is my lattest, regarding Master reset, its not necessary that your user preset is deleted when you click in the master reset. Thers a ption to clik on for the user data will not be appected by the reset, Ive ties it a lot of times.. I find it do its smart though it seems hangin sometimes with my 2gb M2. But so far its good!
