the phone of the year will be a nokia cos they have the greatest fleet of phones and. p800 is good but by no means great. this year we will not see the colour screen in mobile phones come to maturity. p800 is OLD technology(2002). for 2003 we need a MUCH better cammera and MUCH higher resolution of the screen. just wait for cebit.. nokia will rock your world!

    Wow, got my P800 yesterday and it kicks some major ass! It's fantastic and not heavy or bulky like it looks from the photos. It does everything I want.

        New T610 from SonyEricsson is here,check out some photos on www.mobileburn.com and on www.threegmobile.com.It is as small as 7250,but it has 2 times bigger screen(65 000 colors STN),and the same resolution camera,but this time it has flash light.It does not support radio,but it has new HTML I-mode WAP browser and supports both Java,and Mophun too.

                Great phone! It already has everything. The problems are the size and the price. But it has Sony's menu(round menu with roller)which is much better than Ericson's.

                    I belive those pepole who want to compare this phone with nokia or....... they do not know what they are talking about . nokia is great on its own range but what you are comparing is like if you compare Ferarri with Hyundi. these two are completly two diffrent thing to be compared . so f... off, if you do not know what you are talking about, P800 is ferarri

                          SonyEricsson P800,Nokias 7650,3650,9210i,Siemens SX1,Neonode N1-all of this phones are good,only thing that is important is to buy one that is most in your style,that has those functions wich you think that are cool.

                                Congratulations!!!
                                This is by far the most performant phone ever built.I am surrounded by all kind of friends, Nokia maniacs,tiny motorola freeks and honestly,untill now I could not "fight" head to head with them,with my ericsson weapons.T68i,was my only trully friend but still it wasn't enough,not that I had the money to buy it anyway.But P800 has it all.You just can't ask for more.(perhaps a bit less weight,even if,you can trully say: "The new P800.158grams , even more qualities.".You really did a good job,keep up the good work!Good bye!
                                P.S.:about my friends,your P800,is changing ideeas!

                                      if youre after the best phone that doesnt have pda capabilities youre after the panasonic gd87. the panasonic gd87 has an excellent 65,000 fantastic colors on screen, a great zooming camera that you can control brightness, packed with features and built damn strong.

                                        Phone of Year (2003) ? No need for a replacement ? Don't think so ... Well OK maybe when compared to Nokia .
