P990i, what a fab fone, bluetooth, large memory capability, Mp2, 2m camera, word and spreadsheet apps, GPS, what a fab fone, apart from the phone keeps turning itself off to improve performance all the time, im starting to fall mout of love with it to be honest, this was my dream fone but it just racks me off the way it keep resetting and it goes slow at times when your thying to play a vide, 5/10

bought new P990i, wanted to ask. r there 2 types (version) of P990i 1 from france an 2nd from china.
if yes france p990i give u internal memory of 60 mb, china gives u 48mb only..
so wanted to ask, weather is the china version good..
an can uupgrade the software version..
please reply urgent.

Yup unfortunately it can be scratch,i suggest you buy a screen guard dat will cost u bwt a dollar or two...

n m un able to open my mail inbox...
i could hav farmatted the cell but my backup also got cancel because it said the "device didnt response"...i hav lots of office notes...please help

Made n France with Quickshare logo near bottom above charger socket is out of production since june.Available is Totally Chinese made with P990i logo instead.Price has now touched 250$ with generic2 version firmware.P1 being 400 Euro is same firmware only cam ad ram up.Its Ram cannot be upgraded anyhow so it is a finished Cell Now.

Dear All,
I am planning to buy p990i but am not sure about the sound quality of the phone. With which other model of Sony Ericsson the headphone sound can be compared. I usually listen to music when I am on my bike so is it loud enough. Please help me.

i've used this pda for the past 2 month i find it a pretty nice fone compared to palm..however, the softwares and application are very limited in the market, unlike other OS, such as windows, palm os, untill now i cant a free msn software which i can dowload, anyway,theres no way u can compare this fone or rather other pda to iPhone..thats everybody's dream phone!!
