i just got my P990i for 3 days now and im having a hard time dealing w/ it because of the hanging of the system specially if your on wi-fi. Sometimes my phone restarts so many times in a day. Is there an application available that would fix this?!

SyncML 1.2 -> you will not find a compatible remote sync server. if you are using linux, you will not be able to synchronize this phone to your desktop.
it often hangs.
RAM way too small, you often get the annoying "out of memory" message as you launch 4-5 applications...

Dont bye sony p990i phone its have lots of bug. I am getting frustrated by using this phone. I have this phone from last 1 month. It was continuously gets hang. Wi-Fi also not work properly

i dont know how you guys are having wrong sms time problem.there is nothing wrong so there will be no solution.adjust your time zone properly and then sync your phone with your computers internet time it will work fine

still no solution i found about wrong receiving message status wrong time shows in Inbox Wrong time shows in Sent Messages Wrong Delivery Status i m From Pkstan i tried alot to set the time woth many other zones but fail who know well about this problem and how have to solve?

There is a free anti virus software (Mcafee) in your p990i to access and install it, just go to your file manager, go the documents folder on your memory card, search for the apps folder, then look for the mcafee instalation file.. the anti virus is a trial version only which would last for 30 days.. i am now using AVG's anti virus w/c is kinda good. i got it from the AVG beta website.

this phone has mega bass for its music player
you have to use walkman handsfree to get maximum quality of sound of this phone and you must buy it because it is not available in the package....
i use handsfree HPM-65.....
