hey, maxwellÜ i dunno if it's just me but no matter how many times i sign in on symbianize, it would't show me as signed in! =( whether i wait for the page to load while redirecting or click on the link when the page doesn't load automatically, it still wouldn't! i've been trying since this morning. i was able to sign in on this p990i before, although once in a while when you go to another thread it will ask you to sign in again. is there something wrong with the site or my phone? ='( thanksÜ

Sony Ericsson's phone consume more when searching for network, so when in area where there is no 3G just switch to gsm mode.

hello guys good afternoon.. i need your help.. i have a problem w/ my P990i.. everytime i used it, my battery will only last for about 30 mins and even i didn't use my phone my battery drained easily.. I already change my Battery and even my charger but still nothing has change, can you give me some advised? do i need to go to repair shop??

well maxwell i tried all that. wat happen was that the bottom flip section broke off. but the phone was working perfectly well for a while after that. Also it doesnt have a memory card so the phone keep asking to delete files. i will eventually have to carry it to a technician. but from wat i tell you, do you THINK the phone is no longer any good...or it can be repaired?

try using your stylus on the screen if the same issue persist try to find a SE shop or if you know a technician consult him and possible your sceen is damage.. second is check the time and the setup > set it up on 12 hours and change the time and this time you can change the AM to PM and that should resolve the issue..

I am having problems setting the time on my P990i phone. when i choose the day on the phone calendar,by the time midnight arrives for a new day, the same day is shown still shown on the screen. Also i find that i am unable to directly touch the icon i want to touch...i have to touch a little away from that icon. could someone tell me what is happening to the phone and suggest a help center i can call or something. Please.

yes you can remove the flip by removing the 2 scews at the lowerback of your phone .. its under the battery

Does somebody know how to connect this P990 to wlan/wifi. After creating an account and configuring the phone and put the security code of the router, it was still unable to connect.. please help...
