Dear P990 users,
after months of using P990 (r9)
I am still waiting for a stable release.
Its not acceptable to be waiting for an important phonecall, and be rebooted! even after a single day of uptime and no funny applications loaded or used!

HELP!!!
i am having p990i with latest firmware(R9EC001).I have recently bought a 4GB memory card but when i put it inside my phone and connect it to computer,the computer is not able to detect it.But my 64MB card works fine.Please tell me how to solve this problem.

What I was talking about are the technical detailes of a digital photo like :
F-number , Focal Length , ISO senstivity , shutter speed , light source , metering mode & more of the photo detailes wich are requried if you want to edit or print it in pro way

there is a messenger called IM+ all in one messenger (AOL+msn+yahoo....etc)for p990i but i don't think you'll find it for free only trial version is for free

you can't copmare n91 to p990 but you can compare the communicator to the p990 'cause n91 is a music phone and p990 is a smart pda phone i owned a n91 about 4 months ago (the 4 gigs version) it have a great sound quality the 3.5 mm built in output is so useful, the 4 gigs built in memory is more than enough, but the screen resolution is not that good, ringing sound is low and has poor quality, little bit heavy and bulky, it has some software problems, the stailness body is wonderful but if you'll not take a good care of it, it will get scratches all over, the camera is good but no auto focus no flash light, get back to p990 i own one now in the begining i hate it 'cause of the software problems but after i upgraded the software it become so comfortable and smooth it's a multi function phone big touch screen great resolution full QWERTY keyboard, great camera with QVGA video capturing autofocus flashlight,walkman player, great sound quality, battery life not good about a day and a half, the keypad is not too comfortable but i'll give the p990i a 8.5/10 and for the music phone n91 8/10

What do you mean by tech details of the picture?? If you mean size, hour and things like that, you can see everything in the file manager or picture gallery.

Thank you brother , but it was my mistake to explain , usually nowdays cameras , even the VGA ones write the technical detailes for the picture , while the P99o doesn't !

Anybody knows a site where we can download a free application for our P990i, especially video player compatible with P990i (e.g. Divx or smartmovie player).

after the upgrade to R9 the bluetooth remain the same so it's normal and for the camera check the details of your taken pics you'll see the date or any other detail (open your flip, open the picture go to the little arrow located up of the screen,choose the information and boom it's there)

hi jeremy...
when you upgrade your phone you'll lose all of your data like contacts,sms,tasks etc...,so you must backup your data to your Ext mem or to a computer be4 the upgrade good luck and take care of your self and your p990.

After I updated to the latest firmware , the R9EC001 , I noticed there is no changes happened to the Bluetooth profile it is still the same R5A01
And the worst thing is the Camera issue , any pic I take with this phone , it doesn't record the technical detailes nither the time or date ?
