Hi Guys Listen I'm planning to buy P990i soon Does anyone have any suggestion from i purchase beside what's the latest firmware available and is it stable? heard many bugs in past hope they're scratched out

R9 version update is available on the sony ericcson website. download the software by going through united states not any other country. i have updated recently from R7 to R9

To Agus and Anson are your phones unbranded and unlocked?....if your phone is branded and locked you will have to wait for your carrier to update your phones hope this helps...also depending on what part of the world you are at the R9 F/W might not be available for your phone yet USA NYC

Is the loudspeaker loud? Cause I have read several reviews saying that the speaker found on the p990 isnt as loud as any other SE walkman phones. I do hope it' as loud as the p910. Can anybody please tell me regarding the speakers. Thanks~!

My phone F/W is R7. I tried to update the F/W now but for over 10 times already but I still could not update. It says 'NO NEED TO UPDATE - LATEST SOFTWARE ALREADY INSTALLED!' I know that my phone F/W is outdated. What shall I do? Help me please

I tried downloading today again the latest firmware i.e. R9 but thru website also it says the same. today i downloaded again the r7 version . wonder wer all dese ppl r gettin updated version from .. i tried from SE India

does the 3g camera infront can be use on taking pictures aswell?! or if not... is der any application or software that can be downloaded so it can be used as a camera that can be used on taking pictures asewll... hope ul have time replying on this.. it'll gonna be a good help to me... tnx and godspeed..
