What kind of that business is no comments for that i think so thats enough the wait for 6 months what they r doing since from 6month as still they r testing i think so N-93 is 100 time best then P990

hey folks!!!! Bet the people at sony ericsson are as nervous as u are! afterall who wouldnt be, after losing the market to nokia.If released today, its outdated. Dont wait for it. SE always had problems with their customer relations, they announce and then cant live upto the expectations. Maybe this is just a business strategy to make nokias look low.SE if it is, its backfiring. you already lost most of ur customers reading GSMARENA to nokia.

P990 will definately be out, I have seen the working real Unit, they say they still doing some testing, if no problem they will be out by mid June, if there is some minor adjustment its gonna be available in August.

I also been wating the P990 for a very long time, hope will come in to store soon. Do anyone can tell did the P990 come with the nvidia chipset ? cause I really like to play some good games on the P990

hey i e-mailed to custemer support of SE asking when P990 will released.i've told that it will be released in june 06..i hope that's true 'cause i'm sick of waiting for it.

Having read all the good comments from SE lovers and those of the competitors, especially Nokia, SE could have realised their mistake. P990 still lacks a lot of features despite the scary price. Perhaps it is wiser to discontinue this model altogether and relaunch it with minor improvement e.g. 3.2 m.p. with autofocus, 30 f.p.s. video, edge and especially the keyboard. I've actually been waiting for this phone but that was before Nokia came up with N93. If both are available right now, I would not even consider SE especially with its initial targeted price. If for instance P990 is launch now, I'm sure it is 20%-30% more expensive than N80 because N80's price has started going down. Nokia has come up with few more Wi-Fi models but SE, only P990. But if with the above improvements, I don't mind waiting for few more months.

guys plzz if someone knows how to contact the office or the main company to tell them when they will release plzzzzzz , Even M600 released and P990i STILL !!!!!!! plzzz somebody do something ask or tell us the reason coz i heared it will be release on 1st of 3Q :(:(:(

I've been a fan for this P-Series since p800 until p910. Never miss to own each a set. Hopefully it'll available soon.

@ QQ = i totally agree wit u. anyways ppl. my opinion (and u dont hav to agree with my opinion) is that phones come and go. for all we know SE mite be jut playing with our minds!!! maybe this phone wont be released!!! maybe theyll bring out a totally different model with better features!! but then again . . . who knows ;->

The best way Sony can reward all of us for delaying this phone so long is to launch it at less than US $ 600.

Hi,to all time time time and,after tomorrow we ll be in the last month of 2ndQ and then we ll see the phone ll come or not,l think everybody is bored of waiting and nobody wants to vaste the money for other phones,we respect to SE soo much,l think they ll appologise for that delay,and they ll do something for us,happy waiting to all again,thanks

My patience almost run out. It's too long for this phone to release, have sold my P910 in order to get this phone. Hope when it release, it will upgrade to a 3.2 megapixel camera. Now i used a N70 as a replacement while waiting for this model. Now, I'm still waiting but my patience can keep up. SE, what wrong with you??????

Wazarmoto - You cant get a perfect wife, atleast we have a phone thats close to perfect. Just that people are expressing their passion about this SE baby and sometimes you get posts that seem over balanced. But all said and done, we all have to get back to our "imperfect" lives and buy the phone we can afford which may not always be the one that we like...
