Does any1 know abt e replacement version of p990i w/o e unused qwerty keyboard? Heard tat it's 2cm shorter in length compare 2 current discussed version. Really hope they can release tis new babe soon as i'm so tempted 2 own e fone when i heard it has removed e irritating keyboard n hope they can remain all e claimed useful spec on fone n improve e screen resolution (ought 2 since e keyboard is removed) n upgrade e cam 2 higher pixel or at least replace e cmos sensor w ccd sensor would be very appreciated. ??????????????

Some said this had no video record or playback,of course it has its 3G would be pointless without.cant wait for this little beauty,i think the compromise in scrren size is acceptable becouse resolution is improved.XDA phones slighty better PDA's but this will be so much more enjoyable i think.

screen is too small compared to p900 series.Symbian is another problem..why sony ericcson not using microsoft windows mobile editions.the opera is not a good browser.this phone is a little bit stylish..it looks like a kiddy phone.it is better to stop p900 series and bring new series of smart phones to the market.normally camera and sound quality is very good in sony ericcson phones...

The smaller screen is a bit of a worry, as I could get a Treo 650 if I wanted to settle for a small screen. I did like the improved resolution Treo's screen, but this is one less area the P9XX can claim it beats the 650. I fully expect to use a Skype-like appliction with the built in Wi-Fi, but haven't seen anyone confirm that is a possibility.

Geez, finally, it's been an year that I've been waiting..
Small screen? You kidding it has superior resolution compared to 910, and look at the memory! And finally the qwerty keyboard looks a bit more solid.
Wlan and bluetooth? Wow! This is the piece o' the century! I wonder how sensitive is the touchescreen at this resolution!

Where is the big screen gone on the new P990??? I love the P900 series because of the sreen, it is not the same without it!!! I expected to find the new addition to the series to have a much larger memory than it has and for the screen resolution to be far superior. I was disappointed on both counts!!! Can I download videoclips from websites? Does the P990 support this?
